I cannot thank Razmik enough for the work he did on my hair. I made the mistake of trying to color my hair on my own, and it turned out to be an ugly monochromatic, brassy orange color. I was so embarrassed. To make matters worse, I was about to meet my boyfriend’s family for the first time, and I really wanted to make a good impression. I came to Razmik after another stylist cancelled on me, and he made room in his schedule to help me. He is the nicest guy, and he truly performed a miracle. In just a couple hours, my hair was a much cooler blonde color, with perfect highlights. My hair felt much healthier, and the ends were nice and trim. Thanks again for such a great experience, and I’ll be sure to recommend this place to all of my friends.

Razmik is a true expert with all aspects of hair color, highlights, cut and styling. If you want to look like a model you must have him do your hair! My hair color was messed up it was too dark, so he bleached out the dark color then put in an awesome brown and then highlights cut and then blowout. it looks incredible! if you are on a budget ask for the pricing before you start. Valentina washes and conditions your hair while also giving an amazing neck massage! True hair experts here you will get whatever you are looking for in color or style and if you aren’t sure, Razmik can help you figure it out.

All I can say is amazing! I absolutely love his work, and I will most definitely be coming back I especially loved how the process was so quick.

Oh man where do I start??? I remember when I was a little boy my mother would take me to Fred Segal a few doors down while my dad was getting his hair cut, then my mom would go get her hair cut by Razmig while my dad took care of us. I was probably 2 years old, so its been about 33 years! My mom was going to him even before he was at this Melrose location and from what she tells me, he has been cutting hair since he was 15! She knew him back from Lebanon where he originally began his career. We moved to Valencia after I was about 7 or 8 and it was a long drive to the salon so they stopped going after a while.
I recently got a job a few months ago down the street and thought I would revisit Razmig since I wanted a new hair cut. So I took a picture of what I wanted to Razmig and see what he could do for me. When I walked in he was so excited to see me after such a long hiatus and I saw this big smile on his face when he saw me.
I have to say, this man knows what he is doing. There are no if’s or but’s about it. Not only does he know what he is doing, but he LOVES what he is doing and his customers love him even more. Every time I walk in (I get trimmed every 3 weeks), his customers are hugging him and kissing him. They always have a smile on their faces and I have never seen anyone leave without a hug. He truly is what every stylist should be or look up to be. I will be referring as many clients to him as I can.

Razmik did a phenomenal job on my virgin brown hair! I was super nervous about coloring my hair for the first time and Razmik put me at ease. He gave me a very natural blonde/​slight ombré look. He listened to exactly what I wanted and delivered. He really cares about creating the look you want and making sure you enjoy the experience.

I love this hair salon. I have been going to Razmik for about 14 years. The service the color the cut the blow dry the styling and the hair wash are the best. I would never go any other place. In fact I always get compliments when I get my hair done and start new trends thanks to Razmik’s help!

I love the level of passion and expertise that Razmik has. My birthday party was on a Monday and although the salon is usually closed on Mondays, Razmik came himself to do my hair. I have never been to this salon before and was very surprised that an owner is willing to do this. It shows how much he loves what he does! Although I wanted to do my hair much lighter than my natural hair, he persuaded to just go for highlights and see how I like it. I took his advice and love my hair! The products they use are very high quality and will not damage your hair. You will be pleased with the result :)

After 12 years, I can confidently attest to Razmik’s talent in all of these areas. He has a special way of making YOU feel special, hip, beautiful, stylized, tinted, blown-​out and highlighted. He is an expert colorist. He has an eye for shape and style that is peerless. And, at the same time, he carefully listens to your hopes, dreams, and desires for your own personal style and in a creative and gentle way helps you achieve those goals.
All of this without Beverly Hills prices. Honestly, I don’t know if it could get much better.
In response to Jill W. who posted a 1-​star review on 1÷17÷13, I can only imagine that she personally was having a very bad day. Razmik’s work is impeccable, careful, considered and expert. After 12 years, I can affirmatively say that Razmik is also a man of integrity and I simply canNOT imagine that he wouldn’t simply do the right thing in any situation.

No great hair experience ever started with having a terrible day and deciding changing your hair drastically will somehow make things better –so that is definitely on me. I said I wanted to go blonde, their idea was to give me highlights –I said no, I dont think that will work — he said trust me – and in a vulnerable state I somehow went with it. I wound up looking like a zebra with blonde and brown stripes — it was awful. I gave him an opportunity to fix it a few days later and it still looked terrible and it ruined my hair completely. And all of that is fine — it’s seriously fine — I’m not mad, I wasted a ton of money and looked awful, but it’s okay. Lesson learned.
The part that makes me MAD!!!: I was in the chair for very long so they said they offered to feed my meter. Today, 3 weeks later, I receive a parking ticket for $ 63 in the mail. I will take full responsibility for leaving my parking meter situation in their hands — I took a risk. However, IT IS NOT OKAY for them to throw away the ticket and pretend like it never happened. They obviously threw it away because I never saw it when I got to my car and this is the first I’m hearing of it. The parking ticket matches the date and address of where I parked on the day I got my hair done there.
I knew this was a shady place but throwing out a parking ticket because you messed up helping me feed my meter is despicable. Of course I was going to find out the truth, parking tickets dont just go away.
I wasn’t even going to write a review about my bad experience there but after the ticket I received I feel compelled.

I had a great experience at this salon. Razmik is an expert at what he does and I love my hair color! Both him and Valentina the assistant are very sweet and time at the salon flies by. It has been difficult for me to find a colorist that can recommend options for me and tips what would look better. Great overall experience. I will definitely be back.

I have been coming to Razmik for 10 years… they are clean, professional, friendly, and above all, experts in color, cuts, and blow drys! There is a great café next door for coffee and food while I get my hair done. I highly recommend and give it two thumbs way up! Ps there is a full parking lot in the back of the salon.

I recommend Talin, whom i get my highlights, haircut and blowdry done by. She does an amazing job and which i get alot of compliments on my color. I am so glad to find a place, where not only you get good service but feel very important to them as a client and they do listen to what your expecting, which leaves me very confident. I am comfortable with them and plan sticking to them for a very long time.

I’ve been getting my hair done there for about eight years, and I love it. The salon is really comfortable and interesting, and Razmik does a wonderful job with color, especially if you are a blond and not really interested in «ash». If you want to get your hair done while listening to interesting music with a background of Russian, French, Armenian being spoken (oh, English too), this is your place. When I first came to LA, I went to a salon in BH that cost twice as much, and I left with my hair wet just to avoid the costly blow-​out. This will never happen at European Touch, and you will love being shampooed by Valentina – a real pro!

I’ve never had my hair done here, but I’ve been going to Natasha for waxing for years. She is amazing. One of the nicest people I’ve ever met, she’s a sweetheart. More importantly, she’s quick, clean, and gentle. For waxing, it’s relatively painless. She definitely knows what she’s doing. I’ve heard horror stories about waxing elsewhere about everything from pain to infection. I’ve been to Natasha hundreds of times and I’ve never had an infection or problem of any kind. She books quickly, but she is very accommodating schedule-​wise. I will never ever go elsewhere for waxing. Natasha is the best.

Although everyone at European Touch Hair Design is extremely talented, every month when i get my hair done i trust Karina! Her work is always brilliant, efficient, and a pleasure to sit in her chair!

Awesom cool spot to get your haircut. A lot of beautiful women coming in and out all the time. Razmik and Levon really know what they’re doing. The coolest part is when they bring you espressos!

European touch is absolutely wonderful. Razmik really takes care of you as if you’re his long-​time favorite customer, even if it’s your first time there. And he definitely knows what he’s doing; I wouldn’t think twice about trusting him with your hair.
Also, $ 175 Brazilian blowouts! Anywhere else you go will charge you $ 300 – 600. Absolutely unbeatable deal.

This place was great. I needed a really early morning appointment on Saturday so Razmik agreed to take me at 830am! I got the Brazilian Blowout for the first time and plan on going back in about 6 weeks or so when it’s fully washed out for another one. Only took about an hour and a half. Parking was on the street and the other stylists filled the meter for you when your time ran out. Altogether a really pleasant, easy experience. And $ 150 for the Brazilian Blowout can’t be beat.
