Express Connection Messenger Service

This was our first time to use Express Connection Messenger Service. We chose them based on Unilocal reviews and we were not disappointed. Timely service, very reasonably priced, courteous and professional. Excellent.

1^st time using. FANTASTIC! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I called Friday at 3:40p with a request to pick up at 4:14p (Santa Monica) and deliver document BEFORE 5pm (Studio City).
They EXCEEDED EXPECTATIONS with Flying Colors. They followed up with a phone call and an email confirmation also. Rate was super affordable too!
It gets no better than this IMHO.

I work at a family law firm in west Los Angeles. I have been using this messenger service for years now and they always do their best to complete what we need done. Sometimes we ask the near impossible and they are able to pull it off in the short time we need. After many years of using them, this morning they really shined. We had a crazy messenger job at a courthouse and the messenger had to sort out some very obscure rules and get us the information so we could fill out some form, the messenger then had to hang out for a long time until we could sort it out and then find a fax nearby. I got personal help from Rolando during all this, who stayed on top of the job and helped direct the messenger. After today’s crazy job, Rolando and his team’s help, the company deserves a shout out. Thanks.

Wow! Second time I’ve used Express Connection and both times they were super fast and the price is competitive with Über. I felt more secure using a professional/​bonded/​licensed service as I was picking up from the Valley and returning photographic rental equipment to Hollywood. Just called them at 10:51 am and the driver was at my door to pick up at 1105 am… Thanks, Express! You have a new loyal customer. :)

I used Express today and they were polite, professional and efficient. After they successfully delivered my package, I received an email from them informing me of the delivery time and the name of the person who signed for it. Great! Will absolutely use them again in the future.

Fantastic!!! Super happy with the service and the speed. I asked for the regular service and it was $ 19.50 from Howard Hughes center to Santa Monica. So much cheaper compared to four other courier places I called. They all quoted me between $ 30 – 45 for the same time frame of 4hrs.
Express delivered my package in two hrs instead of four and they were friendly and professional. Definitely will be using them again!!! Don’t be concerned of the cheaper price coz they are excellent and reliable.

Very competitive prices for messenger service. Pricing is dependent on the level of service & the distance from & to. They are very reliable & prompt… I never had a problem with them before. I consider them my default messenger service.
