Business Owner

Urology as a field gives me the ability to offer rapid solutions to problems that have a significant effect on a patient’s quality of life. I love that I can offer both medical and surgical treatments for everything from kidney stones to bladder cancer. I am thankful to have such great training to know how to properly and safely apply all the technologic advancements available to urologists.

I don’t want to be just a physician who treats a problem and sends you on your way. My goal is to establish long-​term relationships with my patients.

Dr. Ahmed performed robotic surgery on my kidney about 2 weeks
ago. I am recovering very well and am very grateful to Dr. Ahmed.
Dr. Ahmed communicates very well. He is
a good listener, doesn’t seem to rush through the visit, and has a very
positive and friendly ‘bedside manner. When he visited me while I was
in the hospital, he attended to my medication and post-​surgery needs.
More than one nurse at the hospital, who had spoken to Dr. Ahmed concerning my care, told me after he left, ‘what a nice doctor you have!“
Dr. Ahmed works closely with his wonderful office staff (thanks to Cecilia and Nicole, the nurses and other staff) facilitate appointments, surgery arrangements, pre-​op appointments, and insurance issues. The office seems very well organized, the staff
is friendly.
