Love this place. I have found some pretty great deals here… always plenty of parking and if you go on Tuesdays, they usually get their new inventory out on the floor… I have found designer clothing here for a fraction of the retail price.

I am giving two stars because they actually have good products once in awhile for good prices. So i went to return or exchange if I could a Duracell cellphone charger I had purchased a week ago,(note: exchange policy is 30 days) which had broke off really easily I had called previously to going and they said it would be fine as long as I had my receipt, I walk in and see they had different chargers that are usb and i really needed a charger and didn’t want to pay like 20 $ for one so 5 $ was a great deal especially for a Duracell charger, so «helped me out» saying I should’ve came the next day but I clearly told her that their policy is 30 days for return/exchange and she started giving me all these dumb excuses and telling me if I called and spoke to someone over the phone and if I could remember their name she would let me exchange it «wtf» why do I have to remember the associates name I spoke with I don’t freaking remember a associates name they told me I could exchange it and that’s all I care about she literally starts arguing with me and has an attitude with me in front of other customers and says«this is a discount store and this store loses money and they cant resell it». She was basically trying to imply that its a cheap store and I should just buy another one no matter if mine was broken, obviously the products they can get sometimes can be defective. I told her it is only 5 $ then she gives me that look like then buy another one. What if I buy another one and it ends up being defective to? This should of been a very simple exchange but she had to make it very stressful. I’ve never had problems before but I am guessing she is a new worker or something because she had a very bad attitude and was clearly unprofessional and uneducated with their own policies. I had 30 days to return an item I bought that was faulty and she had the nerve to tell me I should’ve came the next day? right. But its cool i got my charger.

I love this location for it’s deals. it seems to have more markdowns than the other locations. been shopping here for year love this place for the whole family and gifts for others. this location seems to have the best purses and jeans. each location is good for one thing and better for another. big store lots of deals outside.

Omg this store was awful the worst Fallas shopping experience I have had. I needed some assistance on a return I asked for the store manager who was not helpful and extremely rude. If u need help do not ask for her Darlene she’s useless. She hates her job and it shows. Poor customer service. Most definitely would not shop here again.

I really wanted to love this store but I couldn’t get over the foul odor that was in the scrubs section. Then I turn around to find a wrapped up diaper. I’m assuming the revolting odor was coming from the dirty diaper. Lots of kids screaming, with parents that let them do what they wish, they have lots of clothing, making this locations layout feel cramped, most of the clothes are low end. I came looking for scrubs and was disappointed when I couldn’t find any XS sizes:(

I really love this store! I almost don’t want to write because the secret will be out. You can find trendy and sometimes designer closeout clothing for women, men and children, and housewares. If you really enjoy shopping and can come often(as the merchandise turnover is great), you”ll call this store«A Find». There are quite a few now around the city, with a Mega Store in downtown on Broadway around 5th. This one’s got lots of cool shoes sometimes.

No reviews for this yet? This is hands down the cheapest place to get designer line clothes for closeout prices in Highland Park. New styles out every week, with the old styles being sold and new styles coming in. This is a good thing if you are able to get in on the clothes you want every week, but a disappointment if you wanted another pair of jeans you bought last week. Sometimes you go there and there is nothing you like, but just return next week and it’ll be a whole new line of clothing on the racks. Great prices. The return policy is straight forward and had no hassle either. I shop here because it’s literally 2 blocks up from my house and just because of how much I save overall on great clothes.
