FedEx Office Print & Ship Center

I am not sure why this branch has such poor ratings… When I had a stack of nearly 30 presentation packets that needed to be bound in less than 8 hrs, this branch was quick to assist. The man (I can’t remember his name…) that helped me was very friendly and understanding of my time constraint. I not only had a great customer service experience at this branch, but they completed my request in less than three hours! Will definitely be utilizing this branch again in the future!

This place is worse than before. All new people except for one girl. New boss from Beverly Hills location and two new girls who are not trained.

Way understaffed, the experience took 10x’s the amount of time it would normally take just to get something printed and 3 hole punched & buy a binder– the whole process cost $ 60 and took 20 minutes. Plus only the office supply MINIMUM is there– staples, paper– that’s it.

Somada… or however you spell her name gave me the worst customer service experience at this location. I will talk to management about how horrible and disrespectful she was to me. I walked in and explained what I needed, I then was waiting for her to help me process my shipment but she rudely ignored me while talking to her co worker and talking about me in Spanish which she didn’t know I understood. I then asked for her help and she started yelling at me just because she was not doing her job. She continued yelling at me when all o needed was help. I don’t recommend this location if you are looking to get some help, and walk out a happy customer. As working in retail myself I know how to act towards customers and I was breath taken at how bad she was at not only her job but her language towards a customer who works with fedex frequently.

This place is a joke. I walked in Thursday night because I needed to have something printed and I stood there at the counter staring at the two workers while they completely stared at me and then looked away. Finally, the little woman looks at the dude and said «are you going to help her» and he replies in a rude tone «no.» So then she finally came over. They both seemed very agitated that there were customers in there.
I made her follow me to a computer and show me what needed to be done. Then she said «I can’t help you anymore because I have to get back behind the counter» so then I replied «you guys really need more associates working.» And then she says «yeah. Nobody wants to work here»
Am I missing something? Two workers in the entire place and neither one of them want to do a damn thing? If you hate your job so much, quit!
Another customer came in after me and the black haired dude behind the counter completely ignored her as well. When he is seriously 5 feet away from her. He seems like a miserable person who should not be working with customers. Actually they both do.

as all the other review said… WORST SERVICE EVERR. Lazy, miserable staff members and the computers at the work stations don’t even work! Just avoid.

Karmen helped me with printing and was professional and attentive.

Worst service ever. Super slow with only one person. After 30 minutes finally was my turn girl that was helping me went out to buy snacks wtf… Had to wait another 20 minutes so someone else helped me. On my time here other two costumers had to call the manager because of similar bad service in printing and workstations. The manager is a cool guy, the stuff is just lazy and bad. Try to avoid this place if possible, Worst Fedex location ever.

I had the worst experience in this place. I dont know the name of the female worker who helped me but she is short, has red hair and she cannot walk very well (not being an asshole just trying specify the person). So I walked in and I asked her if the printers were working and she answered very rude «I dont know, I just got here» and so I told her well is not my job to know what is happening in this place, after that she asked one of the guys who was behind the register and I couldn’t hear what the guy said to her and so I asked her again «are the printers working?» And her answer was «didn’t you hear me fucking asking him?» And i said «you better shut up because I am the costumer» and I went to the computer to do my stuff cuz i was on my lunvh break. This girl is very rude, disrespectful, impolite and has a horrible costumer service.

I had major issues at the FedEx on Wilshire (terrible service!) and Ben at this location was EXTREMELY kind to print my posters for me very quickly. They came out looking REALLY good too!

Just the most annoying place ever. Employees are either annoyed before you even speak to them, not at the counter at all, or — my favorite of the lousy visits — IN THE BATHROOM. That’s right — the one employee working one morning was no where to be seen. I had to let the Fedex guy in the back door since he was knocking for so long, and finally the girl emerged from the bathroom.
They don’t reply if you email them. The «easy shipping» area is a JOKE. Not to mention the exterior of the building is filthy as is the parking garage. I will never enter that parking garage again.
Everyone working there is miserable, and the store is disgusting.

if you are absolutely desperate and have NO other options then I suppose it’s better than nothing. SO RUDE, impatient, totally unhelpful. It all starts at the top so even though the staff is horrible I hold the person in charge accountable for hiring arrogant A-​holes. Every time i go i leave pist off, never again.

Chaos in here! Workers are screaming at each other, there is no set line for quick purchases… Yikes.

I work around the corner and (unfortunately) often need to use this FedEx location. There’s never enough people working behind the counter and they seem to consistently lack in customer service skills. I do not understand why it is so hard to be nice as well as helpful. I also do not understand why they are unable to look up a business FedEx account number upon request… Or even advise how you can retrieve a lost business account number??? Sooooooo frustrating!

Worst customer service, basically ignored customers and talked amongst themselves and were annoyed if you needed help. Also there is barely an Internet connection so don’t come here if you need to be efficient with your time.

Easy self-​serve options here for fax and copy needs. The system they use of having a point of sale at each self-​serve machine is incredibly convenient and it took me less than 2 minutes to get what I needed done taken care of on my own.
That being said, the non self-​serve options aren’t as fast: namely, the staff. When I tried to get a receipt so I could tell how much I was charged, I waited at the counter for far too long without any one of the three people there even looking up to acknowledge me. Not like there was a line, it was just me. Even a «just a minute!» would have sufficed. With that delay and less than stellar staff experience, I was a little sketched out that my credit card had to be taken out of sight for over a minute to get the receipt printed. If they had friendlier service that might not have concerned me. Fast for self-​serve, and slow for service.

walking in here I could already almost instantly tell that the employees where NOT havin’ it today… LOL SCARY!
I went to print out and use the computer service that they offer, I ran out of ink and needed something printed Like NOW!
so BIGGEST mistake of my life was walking into that store… ahhhhh even writing about it my head hurts!
so I’m on the computer I print something out and it doesn’t print, so now I walk over to the counter to a man who’s was on the phone MIND YOU HE WAS ON HOLELD AND WAS NOT TALKING. so he looks up at me and goes «ummm is there something you need???» WTF?!? what an AS%!!
like you might be the nicest person in the world but you still will hate this place… horrrrrrrible I can’t say it enough!
and whoever gives this place a star is a liar!
then of course they are Charging my Credit Card for each minute. while I’m looking for some idiot to help… I got another person they explain to me that I clicked the wrong «PRINT BUTTON» and that it only prints when you go to click on the printer icon on top…
so I finally go over to the computer to try it. it works but they charged me 3x for the «printing» of each page, BUT keep in mind I only printer one thing it didn’t work the first time but still charged me LOL…
so if I should give you any advise… ever never ever visit this place it could be THE WORST!

Worst customer service. I came to the counter and asked Ben if he could print out one photo for me. He said he was much to busy to do that for me and I would have to wait. He wasn’t acting busy. His task was printing and he was just waiting for it to finalized. He denied to help me while his other project was finalizing. He was rude and crass with me. I asked him if he could ask someone else to help me print this out, since I was in a hurry. Jamiee, came and helped me. She was polite and helpful. I could tell by her look that she was wondering why he also refused to help me with a task that literally took her 2 mins.
I will never come to this Fedex again.
Ben should learn some manners and revisit customer service techniques.

I don’t usually write negative reviews, but this FedEx has horrific service. I just called to ask if they could do a printing job for me and was very specific about what I needed. I was told by the guy that they could do it, so I went ahead and bought the paper I wanted to have the image printed on.
I went in and all employees had a «blah» attitude. After waiting in line the woman told me they could not do the job and also didn’t have any cardstock to print on. Waste of time.

Two stars because I come here quite a bit and because there is occasionally a friendly employee that actually helps but more I than than not it’s very hard to find fast service and good customer service. But this does not apply just for this Kinko’s because I have been to multiple locations across the country and always get the same lazy and rude service. I think Kinko’s needs to employ a training program for customer service or they will lose customers when better options become available.
To other Kinjos: When I was in undergrad, my classmates and I would purposefully go out of out way and pay more to get things printed (portfolios/​presentations) because the customer service at other places was like night and day and the quality was better when you went somewhere else. 10 years later I’m still having the same issues with Kinko’s, unfortunately, they have pushed other businesses and taken over so it is hard to find good companies nearby.
