I’ve been a plumbing Contractor for 10 years and just dealt with this company out of a need for parts but 90%of there parts the pro flow line are poorly made in China they won’t honor any returns on this brand of parts.
The counter reps like to talk down to the plumbers as if there are no other places. And they are really high in pricing. Overall sad to say but OSH or Home Depot would be a better pick.

Stopped by this plumbing store after receiving a recommendation to check here for some supplies that another store did not have in stock. I was here with a friend of mine who is opening a new restaurant. We’re not plumbers and have little knowledge of the supplies we were picking up. The store shelves are labeled well which was helpful in helping us find what we needed. The staff was also helpful and knowledgeable. This store was cleaner than other stores we had been in and the fresh brewed coffee wasn’t bad either! ;)
