Terrible people! I had to communicate with Ellie and she is just a snake. I would never recommend anyone here even if it was the last place to buy any auto insurance.
Ellie doesn’t know how to communicate. She is a deceiving liar. How can she manage a company for 10 years? I’m sure she lies to the owner about everything. She is unprofessional and doesn’t even open on time I waited 15 mins for them to open only to be pushed away. I drove 40 mins to get here and nothing. She is so rude and doesn’t care about the clients they work with. She just wants to throw them into a crappy insurance company. It’s a sad pathetic office.
Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else where they actually care for the clients needs and wants.
