I emailed Matti over the weekend a week ago and he responded within 24 hours to my inquiry. We scheduled an appointment for this past Thursday while I would be out of town and he showed up promptly, found the leak, wrote down an extensive evaluation and referred me to a repairman that has also demonstrated the same diligence and thorough care that Matti did. While this was for my primary residence, as a rental property owner of 12 years, I have dealt with my share of service vendors in all types of industries in that period of time and can say I am super impressed with his professionalism and follow through and would highly recommend him in a heartbeat.

We’ve had leaks before, had another repairman out, came a couple of times, but did not respond on the 3rd attempt. Mattie is by far and away the most thorough assessor or leaks, the most determined and skillful in getting all the leaks fixed, and the most courteous & reliable. So, our pool cleaner noticed a leak in our swimming pool a month ago. He told me to call a swimming pool leak detection service. I ended up using Find It because of a few reasons: their website looked good, their customer service rep picked up the phone and was really great, and their pricing was near the Low End for pool leak detection (I called around). Matt came out to take a look at the pool for leaks. He asked me some questions about the leak and was really helpful telling me more about how my pool works. Anyways, he found a few leaks in the pools walls underwater. He said that he could make a repair the same day for just $ 50, and of course I said yes. He told me how to do «The Bucket Test» which I did two days after the repair was done and saw that there is no more water leak. He was very professional and great to speak with. I would definitely recommend using Find It for any swimming pool leak detection and repair.
