Started out great, ended up with a headache. They bid out the job and scheduled the install. That’s where things broke down. The installers were unskilled and unprofessional. They installed the wrong materials, hardwood and trim. We had to have the trim reinstalled twice. They sheared off too much length on the front door leaving a gap allowing the wind to whistle through. After six months planks began to buckle. I discovered risers on the stairs were cut wrong and ended up having a runner installed over it to mask the gaps. Nice showroom and salespeople, but awful follow through. And yes, I did blow a fuse.
