I’ve only ordered for delivery, never eaten in the restaurant. The food has always been fresh, tasty and very quick to arrive at my door. Also, the drivers have been friendly. Of course, my interaction with them is limited to my signing of the credit card slip and adding tip, but still, they always arrive with a smile and I enjoy the food.

I really wanted to like this place, its close by and I go to Tonys a lot. I ordered the hot and sour soup and it was rly not very good, not authentic at all. Not very flavorful, too sweet and HUGE chunks of chicken that are hard too eat. Tasted pretty artificial.

Tasteless. Bland. Very disappointed. A waste of money. Low quality food. Panda Express has better meat and chicken. They are not that knowledgeable about gluten free.

Hands down, the best Chinese food in the area. I’m very picky about my Chinese and I won’t go anywhere else. Try the Honey Glazed Walnut Shrimp. It’s my Fav!

This is my new healthy dining spot, and they delivery for an additional dollar-however, don’t forget to tip the driver Tony. Tony was my waiter two nights ago and he was fabulous. What a beautiful replacement to the restaurant that used to be there approximately 6 month ago. The war won ton soup was so delicious. The Manager gave us hot tea called oulong… forgive my memory… it was the best tasting tea. For dinner I ordered the Cashew Chicken and that was so delicious. I actually returned the next night, only this time Fiona was my waitress and she too was very polite and made sure we were without needs. This place is so good, prices are great and because I don’t cook too often, this place will be my lunch and dinner place. I look forward to a long relationship so long as they continue to be superb. Thank Tony and Fiona, and a special thanks to the Manager whom is only there to help out temporarily. He is so polite and made us feel right at home. Next time I will try and order a different dish but when your hooked, your hooked! The restroom was clean, parking isn’t ideal but the place is worth it.

WOWWOWWOW and one more for the road WOW. Being from New York, we know good chinese food and this one ranks high up there. It was so delicious, my friend and I went back tonight and ordered the same thing. The service was wonderful. Wor Wonton Soup was full of fresh mushrooms, shrimp, snow peas, etc. and a delightful taste. I love when they portion it out for you. We had the cashew chicken and that was delicious. Since I live in Agoura Hills, this is quite a drive, but trust me, its worth it !

The service here was great. Really attentive and respectful. The wonton soup was also really good, and had home made won tons — which i appreciated.

Ordered pick up from Fork-n-Chopstix today and I was pleasantly surprised! The Unilocal reviews for this place are either great or terrible so I was a little nervous but it was very good. I ordered the lunch special with shrimp in lobster sauce and a cup of wonton soup. I really liked the egg roll that came with this special and I liked both the sauces too. I’m a sucker for hot mustard. The wonton soup was delicious! Really flavorful broth and full of yummy veggies. A lot of the time, the chicken and shrimp in wonton soup are super overcooked and inedible. Not here! Both were really tender and so good. Also liked the crispy wontons that came on the side. My biggest critique is actually about the wontons. I didn’t like the filling at all, it had a weird texture and had no flavor. The shrimp in lobster sauce was also great. I don’t usually order this dish but wanted to try it for some reason. Again, very tender shrimp and a flavorful sauce. I like that there is an option for white, brown, or friend rice without an extra charge. Makes it easier to make a healthy choice if that’s what you wanna do. Overall, everything tasted good and my order was prepared quickly. Hope that this place stays consistent and it can be my new Chinese delivery/takeout spot.

We ordered on Unilocal!Eat24 and tried this new place. Surprisingly… REALLY tasty food. Among our order was Cashew Shrimp and Mushu Pork. Nice sized portions(I’m looking at beaucoup leftovers.) Very fast delivery. What more 8s there to say? Fork ‘N Chopstix is our new Chinese take-away fave in the Valley.

This place used to be a dump. But they changed owners and under the new direction of Chef Jeff and Creative Director Boris Kreynstein the place is completely different. It’s clean, sleek, and warm, with beautiful back-lit photo’s of China on the walls. But the real surprise is the food. As a New Yorker and extremely critical Chinese food-y, I frankly didn’t expect much from a tiny restaurant in a strip mall in Sherman Oaks. But my buddy, the«food finder» promised me an amazing meal and he couldn’t have been more right! We started off with the vegetable pot stickers which were crisp but not greasy at all. Add to that the soup dumplings, which tasted like they were just made in Shanghai! We also ate our way through the black mushrooms with baby bok choy which was just amazing, cooked perfectly with the mushrooms blending perfectly with the bok choy. Then we had the shrimp with snow peas. Most restaurants overcook the shrimp, but here they were perfectly cooked, succulent and the snow peas were crisp and held their own with the lightly sauced shrimp. And finally, because I couldn’t resist, we ended with the Tangerine Sesame Beef. It had heat, but not so the sesame and the beef were overpowered by it. Crispy and delicious! Fork n Chopstix is a real find, especially if you love authentic Chinese food. And if you have specialized food needs, they’ll happily adjust for you.

Ordered delivery after receiving their menu in the mail. Disappointing. Just not good. Mongolian beef and sweet and sour pork are below Panda Express quality but for twice the price. Vegetable egg rolls were cold in the middle. $ 35 down the drain.

We went to this restaurant last Sunday and ordered Lunch special. We mentioned to waitress who took the order to make it spicy. Lunch special comes with rice and rice is cold. Also Kung Pao chicken is sweet which we didn’t expect. On a whole food is not good. This was the first restaurant where I saw rice is cold. Pros: Customer service is good Cons: Food is not good. It is the worst Chinese food I ever had. We will not visit again!!!

I love that they renovated this place. Food is always good and tastes fresh. The bald guy on the reception desk is very courteous and accommodating. I always order their beef with broccoli and fried rice here.

Was happy to see a new Chinese restaurant pop up in the neighborhood. Menu was very similar to the place I used to order from when I still lived in Hollywood, so thought I would give them a try. Ordered from delivery tonight through Eat24. We ordered Chicken Egg Rolls, Wor Wonton Soup, Beef with Mushrooms/Bamboo Shoots and General Tso’s chicken. Pros: –Speedy delivery and everything arrived hot –Chicken egg rolls were small, but tasty –Soup was great with lots of wontons, shrimp and chicken. Large bag of wonton noodles also a plus. Best thing we ordered –Beef dish was good, but sauce had a weird aftertaste –Entrée portion sizes were decent for the price Cons: –No condiments arrived with our order. No sauce for the egg rolls to be dipped into, soy sauce or hot mustard that is usually standard with these orders from other places –General Tso’s chicken was so very dry and had hardly any sauce. Ordered medium flavor and not very spicy. Larger pieces of chicken but just so dry and chewy, I would not order this again. Bottom line, I will most likely try them again(I like to give places at least two or three tries, maybe it was an off night), but will be sure to ask for condiments if ordered for delivery again. Also, will try some different entrees since the soup and egg rolls were definitely the highlights.

To be honest, the food is only three stars for flavor — that said, it is light and clean, and deserves to be lauded over some of the overly greasy and oily Chinese you typically find in the Valley. We tried the shrimp fried rice, which included a generous portion of the crustaceans; the vegetable chow mein was solid, and again more«healthy» tasting and competitors. The crispy duck was not crispy, but it did a good job of minimizing the abundant fat that those creatures typically have. Could have used more salt, however. Delivery was fast, prices are reasonable.

I was super bummed when Bamboo Village closed. While their food wasn’t the best ever, it was still good, the owners were nice and we were just getting to really know each other. Then one day they were gone… so sad. Then comes Fork N Chopstix. I was excited to try a new Chinese place, still convenient to my apartment. The food is good… I haven’t tried many things yet but I’ve only been here 3x so far. Twice were to go orders, once we ate there. The dining there experience was really good. The food was hot, presented nicely and was pretty tasty. I even enjoyed the Hot & Sour soup even though I’m not a fan of Chinese soups. Loved the chicken egg rolls too. As for to go orders… they kept the same phone number that Bamboo Village had but falls a little short with the menu. Bamboo offered medium and large orders of a lot of dishes which was great! Now there are no half/medium orders. Also there’s no eggplant dish on the menu which bugs me a little bit. But here’s the issue that has nothing to do with the food. The BF and I went to place an order to go, a waitress took our order then we left and came back 10 min later. After waiting 20 more minutes the«hostess» says did you order already? Um yes! Why would we be sitting there waiting not even looking at a menu? So she goes back to the kitchen yelling in our order that had not been put in when we ordered 30 minutes before. 15 more minutes and our food comes out. We get home(literally across the street) and we don’t have our egg rolls. I call and the same waitress that failed to put in our order said she needed the credit card number to look up the order. I told her no, that they need to bring egg rolls that are paid for across the street. I gave my address…25 minutes later, still no egg rolls… I’m done eating but now it’s the principle of it. I call again and speak with the hostess… she promises to bring the egg rolls personally. 5 minutes later the owner is at my door. He’s apologizing by saying they are under staffed. It made me sad… what was the excuse of our order not being placed in the first place? I will be back because it’s right across the street but I’ll only give them so many chances before I give up and go elsewhere…

If there was one word id have to use to describe my experience it would be: Delicious. We ordered the steam dumpling appetizer, chicken salad, lunch special string bean and chicken, lunch special sesame chicken, and the crispy duck. Each lunch special comes with soup(egg flower or hit and sour), white or fried rice, and an egg roll. The steam dumpling app comes with 2 of 3 different type of dumplings, those being chicken, veggie, and shrimp. Each dumpling just melts in your mouth. The chicken salad was refreshing and fill if nuts. It tasted so fresh and basically you wanted to lick the dressing off your plate. The string bean and chicken was yummy. The beans were not over cooked, like they sometimes can be. However, the friend rice, could use some work. Will have to try the white rice. Sesame chicken was to die for. It’s lightly fried with just enough sauce and covered in sesame seeds. Very good. The duck was nice and crispy. It also came with, for lack of a better word, dumpling bread(that’s used for boa). It was so light and fluffy. The hot and sour soup really is hot. Not sure about the egg flour because I did not try it. Neither did I try the egg roll. Overall, the food was really, really good. As was the atmosphere. The waitress, Fiona, was very friendly and hospitable. Definitely will be coming here again.
