Description

Specialties

Residing within a Spanish-mission style building, the salon will offer clients a sunny, relaxing oasis to experience the exquisite cuts and luxurious, high-end services that Fekkai is famous for, including hair styling and coloring, manicure, pedicure, bridal services, brow grooming and make-up application.

The salon’s layout is designed with open style and color studios in a warm, loft-like setting with dark brown leather banquette seating, soft silk pillows and sophisticated polished-nickel table lamps for a modern look. A generous outdoor terrace lined with banquette seating will allow clients to enjoy manicures and pedicures «al fresco» while sipping beverages or nibbling a delicious lunch. The shampoo area is cordoned off from the main space to provide an intimate, soothing setting with state-of-the-art chairs to provide the utmost comfort.

History

Established in 1989.

Provence born, Paris trained, Frédéric Fekkai opened his namesake salon atop New York’s Bergdorf Goodman department store in 1989. The world of style was turned on its head, as the salon became a stylish sanctuary where indulgence and intimacy reached gorgeous new heights. With one wave of his hand, the poufs, lacquers, the severe, overdone, me-too styles disappeared into thin air.

Fekkai’s signature is not imposed; it comes from revealing a woman’s own beauty. Every Fekkai client emerges as a force of pure allure. More sensual, more stylish, and more powerfully themselves than ever thought possible.

Our Melrose Place location opened in 2007.
