Be very careful with this company. Do not spend any money on appraisals or attorney fees until you have terms in writing. They did a bait and switch on us that cost us dearly. Now, that the loan has been paid off nearly three (3) month ago, I still have not received a Full Reconveyance. Because of their failure to record the full reconveyance the cloud on title now precludes us from refinancing the property.
