The good: It’s cheap. Really cheap. A burger, potatoes and a coke for $ 5.50(tax included). The burger is full of raw onions and a good thousand island style sauce. The size is good but not too big. It’s a decent burger. No complaints. You can also get toast which is really toast with eggs and ham for $ 2.75. It’s good and will do in a pinch. This also comes with coffee, but it’s almost undrinkable. The bad: While I like the idea, the boiled potatoes are only half heatedly cooked on the griddle and have no flavor. The coffee is terrible. Overall: This place is super divey and it’s cheap. It feels cheap also but if you stick to a few staples it’s fine.

Food is good, but this Korean woman annoyingly keeps calling EVERYBODY«amigo». Not all of your clients are Mexicans and neither are you… Address your clients properly or don’t do it at all!

I’ve been coming here for about 3 years, since my bus stop is half a block away and work is across the street. I love love love this place! Breakfast for 2 bucks in DTLA!!! I mean, c’mon doesn’t get better than that! Coffee and«toast»(egg sandwhich with a slice of ham and some lettuce). I also enjoy the 5 buck burger combo and the chicken teriyaki combo for lunch. Also this establishment is owned and operated by a very friendly Korean family. Every morning I am greeted with«Hello Amiga» by the lady at the counter. They have a variety of drinks and sweet bread for less than 1 dollar. In a city where you will spend almost $ 10 for lunch, this is a nice place to eat and let you wallet relax. :)

4 stars. It’s got the Fresh non-franchised taste that you love in a burger. The best part, it only cost me 5 bucks(Go **** yourself subway) Had the #9 Hamburger combo, came with potatoes and a can of soda. The potatoes are thick sliced and boiled then grilled. A very nice alternative to fries. I will definitely be giving more of their menu a try, it all looked great coming off the grill. A nice simple cheap lunch in Downtown LA is hard to come by.

This place is a dive and I love it! Quick and cheap food! Super tasty! Great service… Mom and Pops place! My husband and I usually get the Terriyaki Beef plate and the Terriyaki Chow Mein… Both are really great!

I work right across the street and have passed by this hole in the wall joint everyday and finally decided to set foot after 4 months. It’s a really small place and I always see customers in there. By the looks of it, they make their dough on their regular customers. It’s fairly clean and there are about 5 tables inside and one right outside. I’ve been there a handful of times and only tried their breakfast menu, the toast and coffee. For $ 2.00, you get a fresh cup of coffee and a toast sandwich, which consists of an egg, one piece of ham, and lettuce. The taste is average at best, but cant complain because its so cheap. I have yet to try their lunch menu but its hard to resist when there’s a Wow Bento & Roll 2 doors down! I’ll get to it sometime soon though. You can tell that they get all this products/shipments from Costco. lol As a side note: For any Modern Family fans out there, they filmed a small clip at Gil’s Super Burger at the end of S01E14 — Moon Landing. The part where Claire eats a burger and squirts ketchup on her blue shirt!
