Rip off. I bought from this company at the Gem Faire, where you should be purchasing for close to wholesale prices. They were the most expensive booth there, very rude and when I got home and researched the pendants I bought, I find they are of cheap quality and highly over priced. There was no price guidelines, she priced as she went. I was charged $ 114 for 5 small pendants that I wish I could return. Not a good experience at all for someone who makes jewelry and collects crystals as a hobby. Beware.

In my opinion they are the worst business I’ve ever dealt with in the Jewelry Industry. Their brass chain products are some of the best brass chain I’ve found in the industry, but their brass lobster clasps seem to not be solid brass. I was polishing one of the clasps and noticed a plating coming off and it was a cheap white metal underneath. So the clasps are sold as brass and marked up as brass but really I discovered it is a white cheap metal plated with brass. Makes you wonder what else this shady business owner is trying to sell to you and I agree with L. T’s comment below, I don’t think their«24 Karat Gold Overlay«components are really«24 Karat:». I had pieces back from my plating company to compare to their chain and why is that my 18 Karat Plated components were much richer then his 24 Karat Plated Components? 24 Karat should be way richer in my opinion. The other thing that is ridiculous with this company is ordering from them via email. Their customer service is non-existent when you order chain via email: –No order confirmation –no shipping confirmation –no internet communications — no sales receipts until you receive your order in the mail(after which point your credit card most likely has been overcharged) I waited 4 weeks for my order then was told I could drive 4 hours out of my way to come pick it up at their booth at the nearest Gem Fair… and it wasn’t there!!! After finally receiving my chain 3 days before my big show, my inventory still in pieces waiting on chain for final assembly. I noticed the bill was incredibly high for just 3 spools of chain! I was double charged. I called to get my money back and was put on hold several times and finally told«they would have to call me back regarding this issue and that they couldn’t process the refund until I scanned a copy of the invoice and emailed it»!!! What kind of company doesn’t have a copy of their own invoices??? Finally, after not receiving a call back about being over charged, I had to call the owner and fight the whole time to get my refund. Which btw, was not even the full refund, he shorted me $ 15. I have wasted countless hours and weeks dealing with this company! It put my production way behind, causing me undue stress with my business. What really sucks is I would use their chain if they had a better ordering fulfillment procedure online! Save yourself the headache and find a better company to purchase chain from!

This place sells wholesale jewelry components and says they are«24 Karat Gold Overlay.» It is a scam. The«gold» just dissipates off of the pieces. This has happened to me several times and every time I contacted them they said«this has never happened before!» Then they only want to refund 1⁄3 of my cost and give me a store credit for another 1⁄3! So either I lose money or end up with a piece of junk that is not what they say it is. It is not 24 karat gold overlay or real gold at all. «Real gold» doesn’t evaporate by itself. Very shady guy and dishonest about what he is selling. Watch out.

I went last Monday and noticed they didn’t look entirely open. There was someone inside, but no hours posted outside(except something about open M-F for delivery), so I called to see when they were there. Apparently they are only open Tuesdays and Wednesdays(or some other mid-week two days, I can’t remember 100%). It was torture to see all the pretty shiny objects in the windows, and not be able to go inside. I’m guessing the strange hours are based on them being more of a wholesale location. But it does seem weird to be right there on Melrose, with fabulous looking merchandise displayed in the window, and only be open two days a week.

This store has a whole lot of beads, bracelets, chains, hoops, pins, rhinestones, etc. A big shop, both retail and wholesale sales. There have one single rack of women’s clothes by a wall, colorful and decadent dresses which is pretty much blocked off by a table full of jewelry. The primary merchandise is bejeweled accessories. One of the biggest selections for this type of thing. The owner said they sell mostly to stores, and celebrities. And they will make whatever you describe to them. Jewelry making classes once a month, call for the dates as it changes often. They specialize in crafting delicate leaves in cooper, gold and silver.
