My experience with Green Cleaners has been very positive. Michelle(owner) has been kind to me and my kids. The cleaning has been consistent and the prices reasonable.

I wish you could give ZERO stars. I dropped off a comforter and 3 pillow shams(yeas terrible odd number) for the 1st time to Green Cleaners. The woman(I assume owner) was not terribly polite especially as I mentioned I am new to this neighborhood and happy to have found a ‘green’ cleaners to give my business too. She collects my 4 items and tells me it will take 2 days to clean/press. I collect my items today and she says ”they forgot to press”… she proceeded to tell me ”cleaning and pressing is not much of a difference anyway” (so remember that when you go to pay for both) I got a $ 4 discount for being ‘new’ but not because she failed to complete the job. I get home and I have 3 items in the bag. My 3rd sham is gone. I called her and she remembered me, she said I gave her 3 items. My paper says 4!!! I told her that ONESHAM is $ 280(ridiculous I realize but it is a discontinued Dian Austin Victorian King bed set). She repeatedly calls me a liar. ”Why you lie to me?! you a big liar!!!” She is literally yelling in nonsensical piss-poor English as I try to explain step by step what happened. She lost an irreplaceable pillow sham. Regardless the price. I am livid as to how I was treated not to forget that I was being called a liar. So both she and I have the same paper work with 4 items listed and Ive paid my money… one sham down. She refused to speak in a calm manner nevermind try to rectify the situation. Please don’t bother with Green Cleaners on Pico. The parking is 3 spaces and the(?) owner ‘Michelle” is the most unprofessional woman I have ever met. Thanks Green Cleaners for loosing something I cannot replace.

I’ve been searching for a good cleaners/tailor in LA since I moved here and I hope this is it! The lady at the front who helped me was so sweet and kind. I dropped off a dress to be altered and some pants to be dry cleaned so we’ll see how it goes! Prices are very reasonable… let’s see how things turn out when I pick up my clothing tonight!

I have been coming here for the three months and happy for the most part with the service. Not the best quality but the prices are reasonable, purty fast service also. Last week while picking up my order, I noticed that a dress shirt that I recently purchased, wore three times at the most had a huge tear on one of the button holes. Now I am 100% sure this happened while they were cleaning it as I would have noticed the last time I wore the shirt and especially when unbuttoning it. I also realize that wear and tear causes these sort of tears after a period of time but a Boss shirt that was worn three times, ish don’t think so. So after going back and forth with Michelle(the owner) she was adamant that she did not cause it, so I asked her to patch it up at least. Much to my surprise, when picking up the shirt today, she charged me $ 9 for patching it. I was honestly at a loss of words and told her that I don’t feel I should pay for this as she ruined my shirt and should at least repair it, or reimburse me for a new one. She grabbed my shirts from the rack and said if I don’t pay, I don’t get my clothes. I gladly whipped out my Amex as that 9 bucks is going to get disputed! On to the next establishment.
