My husband and I have been coming to this location for the past 3 years as we could not be happier with the service we get here. Our tax professional, Sandra Kirsch, takes the time to listen to us and explain everything thoroughly and answer all of questions. She has helped us get our maximum refund for the past 3 years. We plan to return to her from now on for all of our tax preparation needs and questions.

I’ve always heard that paying someone to do your taxes can be expensive, but I figured it’d be worth it to have a professional be accountable rather than have the IRS come after me for a small, accidental error. Since one of my W-2’s had a $ 20 off coupon, I ended up paying only $ 70 for H & R Block to do my taxes. My appointment was with Jose Penate, a stand-​up guy who had everything done within the hour. In this fast-​paced world, time is money, and I’m extremely content with my decision to have my taxes completed efficiently.

I have been going here for the last 5 years. These folks work hard and are very professional. Jose Penate is very experienced and knowledgable on tax matters. I will keep going to then and I really appreciate the great service! I highly recommend this H and R Block but the company in general!

I set up an appointment with Sandra — she made it all the tax stuff super painless and she’s really funny btw. Within 2 appointments she knocked out 3 ½ years of returns. Don’t ask. Excellent returns — I will def come back next year.
whoever the H.T. person is is a whiney chump. You showed up an hour late — wahhhhhhhhhh. You created your own negative experience — I looked at your other reviews — damn dude — you are one wet blanket!
Anywho — Sandra rocks socks — go see her and she’ll make everything better. My taxes we’re kinda complicated, but she steered the ship to sunshine island and everything is good good good.

I must say that the front office receptionist lady is very friendly and courteous, she got water for me and was very kind. I waited almost an hour to be seen, granted I was late (I take responsibility for that). I was scheduled for 6 but wasn’t seen until 7.
When I looked at her picture Sandra seemed really friendly but upon sitting down with her I realized I judged a book by its cover. She was rude, condescending, unhelpful and downright nasty. It blew my mind. Maybe she was tired and she had a couple of appointments after me (well 1 really) but the way she acted with me was not okay.
She offered to schedule me again with her, I kindly declined her offer and walked out achieving absolutely nothing.
My first time filing taxes and it was such a terrible experience thanks to her.
I hate to mention someone on such a public forum in a negative way, but I wasn’t treated like a customer and that’s not okay.
I was simply trying to complete my taxes and be productive.

NIGHTMARE!!! AVOID H & R BLOCK. They did my returns wrong and I was left holding the bag for several thousand dollars. They claim they guarantee their work but they don’t. I got the run around from Carmen the district manager and everyone else in the organization over and over and over Total disaster.
