Established in 1998.
Handle With Care Dog Training was established after the owner Lezle Stein saw a need for help with rescued dogs and low income people.
Her volunteering lead to handling the larger more dog aggressive breeds. She has become an expert in management of on leash dog aggression, seperation anxiety, etc.
Her classes allow for problem dogs and uses the most reward based training possible.

A graduate of the Animal Behavior College, Lezle Stein is an AKC-certified Canine Good Citizen Evaluator and a professional member of the Association of Pet Dog Trainers & the Southern California Dog Trainers Forum.
Lezle’s experience includes American Red Cross certification in Pet First Aid and CPR,. She has served as thedog trainer for multiple pet stores in Los Angeles.
A believer in community involvement, Lezle is a volunteer adoption counselor at North Central Los Angeles shelter. Lezle has assisted in training pit bulls through Villalobos Rescue at two L.A. Animal Shelters. Presently she is the volunteer adoption counselor and dog rehabilitator for Downtown Dog Rescue,. She has studied with Dr. Nancy Scanlon, who specializes in holistic veterinary medicine.
Lezle continues her education through seminars and training with Lucie, her faithful «demo dog». Lezle and her new dog Jesse are involved in fun nose work (scent detection) and agility.
