Horrible way to do business especially when we had called in ahead of time and specifically asked if there was availability. A guy said, «ya sure come in we not busy.» As we stated that we have about 10 girls for a massage service. We park and get there. They had no spots and said to another phone call the same thing to that person«ya not busy.» If he would of said they were too full we would of never came. I don’t recommend coming here. Off to another place.

My wife and I got massages here and it was just brutally painful for both of us. The massages were far too deep and hard, and my wife is still hurting the day after. Additionally, the adjustments(back cracking, neck cracks, leg and arm bending) felt really rough and we were both worried we might get hurt as a result. For most of the massage, I was just hoping it would end. I mean, if you’re into really hard, rough massages(since some people like that) then consider this a 5-star rating. If you prefer something a little more soothing and relaxing, this is NOT the place to go.

After being a customer on and of for the past 2 years I have to say that it is a hit and miss. It really depends of the person who’s working on you… last time the person massaging midway got tired so the massage felt like someone just petting you, the time before that the person was(despite telling him) too harsh meaning that the experience wasn’t enjoyable, more hurting during and after. Also last time, when giving then 25% tip the cashier was saying«10 dollars minimum, if less they not happy.» I counted that it was more like 40% tip so don’t think there will be a next time for me. Giving my free gift card to husband instead.

This place is THEBEST!!! they open until late 10pm, they are very accommodating and the people who what they are doing… ! If it is only $ 20 an hour if you buy the 5 passes at once, or else it is $ 25 an hour. I highly recommend this place if you have had a long day in front of the computer!!!

Carne asada was really good but a little pricey. Had to go somewhere else for chicken.

Unfortunately this was not a good experience at all. I didn’t feel like the masseuse knew what he was doing– just putting oil all over and the place didn’t smell too good. The worst part –which wasn’t the place’s fault– was that this woman came in and was just speaking so loudly disrupting everyone– it ruined the experience even more, but again, it wasn’t their fault and they were speaking to her in a soft whisper. She just wasn’t getting it. I just was wishing the hour would go by faster. Ugh!

Worth the price. They pay attention to where you have tension. Even though they have massage routine, they personalize it. I also really appreciate being corrected — neck and spine. I’m usually squeamish about it, but they do a great job!

My boyfriend and I went here on Sunday 5⁄1 at the recommendation of a friend… wow, wow, wow! We had a great experience: walked in, immediately taken to the low & comfy beds, shoes off, feet in hot water, shirt off(for men), neck massage, followed by head/arms/legs/back, and then feet! Very quiet and peaceful. My massage was a tad«deep», my boyfriend’s was perfect. We left each a $ 10 tip. Very happy with the experience and can’t wait to go back.

I could seriously do this every day. I wasn’t sure what to expect, as I am visiting Los Angeles. I love a foot massage, and this didn’t disappoint. I asked for strong pressure and so I was a bit sore the next day, but I expected this. Can’t say enough good things about the kind, quiet, helpful staff– I will definitely be back!

Another amazing Happy and Relaxing experience! I love this place and have tried a few. Just FYI, I don’t know how much other people tip, by I go 10 per hour. And an hour is never enough so I go 90 minutes with a $ 15 dollar tip. Soooooo worth it! Can’t imagine living with out this kind of self care.

This place has great prices but be ready to freeze, and the message might be mediocre or he might be really hurting you — regardless a %35 tip minimum will be expected from you or they will start yelling and screaming at you. I found myself scream from pain at least 8x, I guess the language barrier prevented my messages therapist from understanding«ouch you’re really hurting me». Anyways, my shoulders feel bruised today. Happy relax to me!

Cheap foot and body massage by the Westside Pavilion mall. Walk ins are welcome but the noise level is not very professional — cell phones go off, customers talk too loud but for the price, it’s expected! TIP You can split the hour into two half hour sessions for two people. I’m not a fan of hour long massages since they take too long. You can request half foot half body for the half hour half session. Ask for what you want! Too painful? Tell them!

The owner of this place is extremely rude! I have been there about 10 times and I keep giving him a chance to redeem himself. The establishment it’s self is very dirty and does not smell well. When I drove up last night all of the employees were sitting in the parking lot eating and waiting for customers. It was discussing! The massage it’s self are always just ok. They don’t listen to what the customer says though… i. e: where the pain is. Don’t touch this because it hurts. Please don’t be so rough… and so on. I will NEVER walk into this place again! They need to have the fire department check it out for expectations!!! If I could rate this place without even 1 star… I would!

Not at all glamorous or spa like but definitely worth the very low price !! Super good. When they are done you feel as if you paid spa prices. Very strong hands and perfect pressure. I got 2hours and it still felt like it went by too fast. I will be back for sure. My favorite part is soaking your feet in the hot bath water & Reflexology. So relaxing.

This is the best foot massage place on the west side, bar none. Yes, they charge 5 bucks more than other places, but way worth it. This place they are very conscientious, and really care. It was so good. Most of time, make a reservation, you walk in and there is a wait. Very legit.

Been here a few times. I haven’t had problems that some are saying on here except for a language issue. I usually park in Westside pavilion parking structure since I also go to the mall. 3 hour FREE parking, no validation needed. Very reasonable price, clean and the lady at the front is friendly. I always ask for a male masseuse because I like HARD pressure. From my experience, female masseuses tend to be too weak to loosen my super stiff neck and shoulders! So ask for a male if you like hard pressure. So far the male masseuses that gave me a massage were good and experienced. Only one problem we encountered at this joint is… the language. Most of them do NOT speak/understand English at all. So it gets really hard when you have a special request. My mom has a bolt in her arm by surgery so she wanted to let the female masseuse know about that and asked her to avoid that area. However… she still grabbed the area where the bolt is in. Another time, I called in to make an appointment, the person picked up the phone didn’t understand what I was saying. When I asked«What time is the earliest that I can make an appointment for?» then the answer was«Yes yes yes», so I asked again, the answer was still«Yes» so I said«Oh ok, thank you» and just hang up. I just walked in later. They don’t have any private rooms or not fancy like Swedish massage spot up on Westwood blvd but this is definitely a quick and cheap massage spot that you should stop by when you want to relax your body.

DONOTGOHERE! This place is sketchy. They have about 11 chairs cramped into a single room with many masseuses ready to give massages. It’s odd because they have 6 certificates on the wall that proves their masseuses are licensed, however, I’ve probably received a massage here from more than 10 different masseuses. From my observation, many of them are illegal immigrants. They hide in an enclosed room in the back until a customer walks in through the door. As soon as one does, the manager at the desk walks back to fetch one and the masseuse begins his/her one hour massage. Once the massage is over, they go back into the room again. They don’t speak English aside from the typical«Hi, okay?, turn over, face up, bye, thank you.» They speak mostly speak Mandarin. If you want to be pet, ask for a female masseuse. They exert absolutely no force whatsoever! Even if you ask them to go harder, they’ll attempt to go harder for 5 seconds and eventually revert back to their petting mode. I’ve had one female masseuse here give me a massage and I left with the same amount of knots in my back as I came in with, if not more. I felt like I was an animal in the petting zoo. Another time, I was randomly paired with the same masseuse, I kindly asked to exchange for a male masseuse and they did not understand why. It took me 5 minutes to explain to them I was paying $ 25 for a massage and not to be pet. The masseuses are perverts. I am a huge observer and always aware of my surroundings, so even when I’m getting my massage I have my eyes peeled. I like to come in a tank top and leggings or shorts because you keep your clothes on for this type of massage. So wear less if you can to reap the full benefits of the massage. Every time I take off my jacket, the male masseuses stare. They continue to stare all throughout my massage. This is rude and disturbing. It made me feel really uncomfortable. Upon many observations, I learned that they do not switch out the body towels that are used to cover the chairs. They change out the face and feet towels, but the main towel draped over the massage beds are not! Gross! So pray that you did not have someone prior to you sweating or farting on those towels! Not sanitary at all! Along the same lines, they use gloves to massage the feet area. Totally understandable since people sometimes have gross feet. It only makes sense that they use disposable gloves to not only protect themselves, but also other customers. But no, they reuse their gloves!!! After they finish massaging one person’s feet they flip the gloves inside out so that when the next customer comes along, they just blow into the glove and wah-la…same set of gloves for the next customer. GROSSSSSSS! I admit I came here repeatedly despite what I had seen with own two eyes because the price was relatively cheap for a one hour massage. Also because I was a student and was living on a month-to-month budget. But people, please don’t let that fool you. $ 25 is not worth it! $ 25 is not worth your health. Hygiene is very important and if you catch something from here, you will be the one to blame. Please take my advice. Pay a little more for a better quality massage, better service, sanitary conditions, and an overall enjoyable experience.
