Attorney Hadi A. Harp counsels entrepreneurs, start-ups, and small to mid-size business owners on a range of legal issues, from entity formation and business structure to state and federal regulatory compliance matters.
Hadi is the founding attorney at HARP LAW. Prior to starting HARP LAW, Hadi gained a variety of legal experience at a boutique law firm in Beverly Hills counseling individuals, businesses, tenants, landlords, and Fortune 500 companies on all aspects of business, corporate, real estate, and employment law.
