Do not use this carpet cleaning service. Period, go to anyone else.
This is not organic carpet cleaning, this is toxic. This is what you’re trying to stay away from if you’re looking for a non-​toxic, organic etc etc cleaner. My home is worse off for having Juan here.
Juan is texting constantly, leaving the soaking solution of chemical cleaners in your carpet and upholstery. He took double the amount of time anyone else has in the past, 4 ½ hours for 2 rooms. I have a picture of one of three of the solution bottles, not green, not safe, found out too late. My furniture and carpets were soaking for DAYS — 3 days, my feet burned and i haven’t let my skin touch my couches since without itching or rash. Essentially he ruined my carpets and furniture.
I hate this carpet cleaner for deceiving me and toxifying my home. =(so sad.

I called on Monday and was told they could come out Tues morning or Wens. morning (which is fast service!). Juan just left and he did an AMAZING job. He was even able to remove a black grease stain from my cream carpet (it’s been there for over a year because I couldn’t get it out!). He was polite, professional and really clean! He wiped up my hard wood floors as he walked back and forth from the rainy day outside. He was extra careful to explain how long I should leave the foil on the legs of the couch, and he moved the heavier pieces of furniture I couldn’t handle.
I would’ve given Juan and Hen’s Dry 5 stars, except that my phone experience wasn’t very «professional». Not that it was «bad», just not «good». As someone who works in business, I KNOW that a professional phone demeanor can make or break a job… so I would suggest Hen’s Dry hire someone who knows how to take care of the phone business and can do scheduling, etc. Then I think they’ll have a solid 5 star business!

Used this carpet company to clean my carpet in my apt. The stains were still VERY NOTICEABLE I asked the carpet cleaner about it and he advised it will clear up once the carpet starts to dry. The carpet dried the stains were still there. The carpet wasn’t soft after the cleaning and the stains were still noticeable. I called the cmpy back to see if they could send someone else out to do it over, they advised me no I asked for a mgr. I spoke with the mgr who was very rude and said he would only send someone else out if we paid 35.00 for their gas money or we could pay another carpet company to do it and they will come and reimburse us. I did not agree with these two options and will NEVER use this company again. Very rude un professional and they DO NOT get the job done! BEWARE!!!

Been using Hens carpet cleaning for 4 years at the apartments I manage. They do an exceptional job. They are fast and the price is reasonable. I had a couple of stains on the carpet and asked them to remove pet hair in carpet, they did just that. The carpet was like new and the pet odor and hair was all gone. I will always use hens dry carpet cleaners.

Great customer service, very professional and reasonably priced. Juan was very friendly and efficient. I would and will absolutely use Hen’s Dry again.

Good… just not great (at least for mattress cleaning). I guess that ‘satisfaction guarantee’ doesn’t apply to mattresses.

I called to have two microfiber couches cleaned – well, one full sized sofa and one love seat. I called around at a couple of places, and this was the lowest rate I could find near us in East Hollywood. For my two sofas, they gave us a quote that the owner promised to keep to, no funny business later. It was ~100 bucks to get them cleaned, and they stuck to it. I had called on a Monday and asked to schedule for a Wednesday, and the guy who came, Richard, showed up right on time 8am sharp, as I had agreed with the owner, Henry. Richard was very nice and friendly but professional and polite. My couches look really nice! They had gotten pretty muddy, and Richard was able to make them look SO MUCH BETTER. A couple of stains didn’t come out, but I wasn’t expecting them too. If I wanted couches that looked like new ones, I would go spend the money and buy new ones, not have 6+ year old ones cleaned. This is a much more affordable option to buying new couches, and they look quite good! I will certainly be using them again.

I was quoted over the phone for carpet cleaning and had an appointment set. When the gentleman showed-​up, he was very nice and seemed like he would do a good job, but the owner increased the price from the original quote. I was not happy and declined their services. This tells me customer service is NOT #1, but making the money IS #1. I was really disappointed!

A nasty spill on my boyfriend’s couch led to my Friday morning call to Hen Dry Upholstery Cleaning service. The agent who took my call advised that the soonest they could perform service would be Monday. I explained that there was a fresh stain that desperately needed attention and he was able to shift his schedule to accomodate my needs. On top of this, the price quoted was the lowest I could find in the area, the cleaner arrived right on time (wow!), was friendly, efficient and tidy! Best of all the couch looks great. Planning on using them again for carpet cleaning. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
