Suuuuuch great sound. Im an outta towner and had an amazing experience. It’s a must go for anyone who appreciates great sound. One thing in mind is currently the bar is wine and beer only… selection is minimal as well.

Passed by this afternoon on the way home from work and it looks like the place is CLOSED for good. Heard reports last time I was there that the place was sold and the owner had«new ideas» for the location. Guess I need to find a new place to play pool now :(

I know balls. These balls! Smooth, accurate, no chips. sank them right in my pockets!!! mmmm, good shot, that’s nice. Hold them in your hand, feel each one! All smooth, accurate, jumble it up? No chips. Rent these balls shoot them in the pockets! Give them back though don’t run away! Eat the juicy yummy burgers! So juicy. But don’t get the juice on the balls. Effects accuracy LOL don’t gamble. Billiard away here for fun times. Who knows we can be pros!

This is a great little place with a smoothie joint right across the street! I came here with friends to play pool. There were many tables open, and a juke box with Biggie tunes. What more could you want? The restroom is great. Single person for ladies, clean enough. Not sure what the men’s room situation is. I’d definitely come back here.

A cool place. Restrooms are poor, and you shouldn’t sit on the seat … But still a good place to shoot some stick and have a beer or 2. Tables are ok. Remember, you get what you pay for.

This place is cheap but you get what you pay for. The bathroom is gross and dirty. The music sucks. They need some changes

This place is great if you’re a true local. They renovated the place a tiny bit. New pool tables would have been amazing. But Naahh, just new carpet and a little cleaning up here n there. All good. This place has the best home tasting micheladas and some alright nachos. They have a pretty good jukebox but a bit pricy for me. There’s a liquor store next door and also a parking lot in the back that’s perfect for pre gaming.(Just saying)

This place is pretty great. It’s a little old and run down but the people are friendly and the pool tables are abundant. It was $ 6.50 an hour to play last night. I arrive at around 8-ish. The bathrooms can be a little cleaner. It’s a little out of the way to come back but if I was ever in the area, I would stop by for the $ 5 quesadillas.

It’s a chill spot, nothing classy. The prices are cheap it’s not crowded enough pool tables and enough space in between. Haven’t tried the food yet so I can’t say anything about that. But I like coming here cuz there is no drama and the parking is okay. When u come at night there’s not that much parking because theres a lot of bars on around here. Other then that it’s cool

We had a good time. We played American pool for about 2 hours, but it was special and we paid only 14 dollars. I liked this chill music and employees were super cool . I recommend it !

I love playing pool, regardless of how grossly inconsistent I am at the game. Some friends and I finally got around to checking this place out after walking by many times, and it was everything we hoped it would be. Good prices, good tables, plenty of space/tables, and beer. We’ll be back for sure!

Billiards, the game of kings and street hustlers. Perfect for a date or kicking back with the friends. Highland Park Billiards is, to its very core, a pool hall. You walk in, Spanish music playing and some old timers shooting on the corner. You got your regulars, you got your amateurs, and a few pros. For less than $ 10 an hour you too can enjoy this great game on solid tables with solid sticks. CASHONLY. To top it off they serve some great tacos that you can accompany with a tall frosty brewksy. I’m definitely a fan. Being close to Johnnys and The York are definite positives.

Located right next to the half block of hipsterville that exists on York, it reflects none of that which is a beautiful thing. Highland Park Billiards makes you feel as if you are walking into a pool hall in any random Mexican town minus the fact you cant smoke inside. Latinos of all ages, sipping Mexican beers plus Bud light, playing pool, and eating burgers. My friend swears by the burgers, I was slightly less impressed but ate mine with joy. The burgers are frozen patty, big bun, with tons of toppings, like all the sauces and random toppings one can shove on a burger, come on this burger. Tasty but very little of the meat comes through. I do like the sauce dripping off since the frozen patty from Food 4 Less isn’t exciting. Would rather eat street tacos but respect the place for the Mexican authenticity.
