History

Established in 2003.

HML investment group’s owner Yanni Raz started this company as a conventional lender and slowly developed network of investors over the years in order to create this private lending group.

Knowledge, experience and motivation helped our company grow in the real estate business and we are now one of the top hard money lending groups in California.

In 2005 to 2008 we loaned only on residential properties and since then we have started doing commercial real estate as well.

Today our team are ready for any type of real estate in California.

Yanni R.

Business Owner

Yanni Raz have been in the real estate business since 2003. He started as a direct lender, working for Home loan mortgage in LAX he learned the conventional lending side of the business.

In 2005 Yanni Raz joined OVerland financial in San fernando valley and learned how Brokers making money in the real estate business while helping homeowners getting different programs offered by several different lenders.

In 2006 Yanni opened his own company «RAZ lending» and there he really learned how to deal with difficulties in brokering loans in California and while doing so he learned of Hard money lending.

Since 2006 Yanni was focused 100% on growing is Hard money lending business.
