I cannot say enough good things about Hollyflora. Becky and Heather are true talents and they created the most magical and beautiful atmosphere for my wedding. Initially when I started wedding planning, I was completely overwhelmed. Then I met Becky and she made every choice so easy. Everything was effortlessly tailored to my vision and the end result blew my mind. From my stunning loose bouquet to the table arrangements with various mercury glass and vintage pieces, to the amazing beach wood arch we were married under, all of it was simply gorgeous. Heather and Becky do not just provide flowers — they create the entire ambience of your wedding. Hands down the best vendor we have ever used! Thank you Heather and Becky!

HOLLYFLORA made my dreams come true! Holly and Becky are truly artists. I gave them my general vision for my wedding and they went above and beyond my expectations. We got married in Topanga and they really understood the space and created a vision that was breathtaking. Their flower arrangements were beautiful, chic and romantic and they created a stunning alter space with lanterns and a floral garland hanging from a tree. They also added gorgeous accent pieces (gold votive holders, pyramid terrariums) that really stood out. Friends and family specifically complimented the flowers and said it was the most beautiful wedding they’ve ever seen! On top of all this, everyone at Hollyflora is such a pleasure to work with. Professional, inventive, fun and flexible with our budget. I feel so lucky to have had them for my wedding. I’m eternally grateful Hollyflora. THANK YOU!

I was not exactly prepared for paying so much for flowers for my wedding, but Hollyflora is DEFINITELY worth the price! I loved the bouquets and posies they prepared for us! Highly recommended.

If I can give more stars I so would!!! Seriously my favorite floral design studio in this world! Holly and Becky makes seriously some of the most beautiful arrangements ever! Plus they are like seriously one of the most nicest and coolest people! I always love visiting their studio and seeing all the cool things they are creating. Anyone who works with them love love their work. I seriously recommend them for your wedding and any events! They did my wedding and til today guests are talking about how beautiful my flowers were! I searched endlessly before hiring a florist. Holly Flora did not disappoint! The flowers they arranged were gorgeous. Romantic, billowy, full of color, and sexy! I absolutely loved them. My husband’s jaw dropped when he saw the driftwood altar. We couldn’t have dreamt up anything more perfect.
Besides the dreamy flowers, the customer service was genuine and professional. They were quick with communication, flexible with our budget, and set up and tore down quickly and quietly.
I highly recommend working with these florist for any event.

I gave them my vision for my wedding in one meeting and they nailed it. They understood exactly what I meant, had good suggestions along the way, and were extremely professional to deal with. I couldn’t recommend them any more highly!

I started ordering flowers from Hollyflora for business about 2 years ago and now purchase all flowers for clients and family here and have been impressed every single time. I receive excellent feedback with each purchase. This shop blows away every 1−800-flowers/FTD type of florist and is worth every penny you pay (and it shows). The service is always helpful (although not always the most organized) and the owner is always appreciative of the business and makes sure to thank you for the purchase before leaving his shop. Highly recommend Hollyflora’s and will continue to buy all my flowers from this shop.

I got a flower wreath for a baby shower from hollyflora. It was gorgeous and everyone loved it! I highly recommend getting flowers from here (although the location is hard to find). Oh also — the service is impeccable. They’re fast, super helpful, attentive (via email) and just really nice!

These women are incredibly talented, but there are florists in L.A. that I think match their level of creativity. I had a consultation with them for my wedding and loved their ideas and work, but it took them 4 weeks just to send me a bid (with 3 reminders). I felt like they were a little unreliable and that made me too nervous, so I found someone else (who I loved and have written a review about). Amazing artists but not so organized, and I think there are a lot of things besides talent that matter when you’re choosing someone for something as big as a wedding.
Others have said that their prices were «reasonable» — I found them to be the opposite. Look a little harder and I promise you you’ll find florists who do phenomenal work at way more reasonable prices.

Amazing experience, great service and splendid flowers! Everyone kept asking me where I got these amazing flowers, both seeing my bouquet and then at dinner on the table. Great, great, great job! Thank you for making it so easy on me to pick the best flowers in LA.

in regards to rose. right below me. there is a record im the purchaser and the customer. heres the story i was a last minute shopper. called around the area where Rose L. aka. LOLY ANN G. that was the name on the one who was receiving the roses supposedly. so i called spoke to a lady asked her if she can squeeze me in even for a arrangement delivery. she automatically said $ 100 dollar minimum i said of course as long as i get red roses sent to MS. LOLY ANN GORDOVEZ, she responded she only had a couple red roses the rest will be other colors i said ok fine. gave her my info thanked her for squeezing me in. repeated all my info including my name ALBERT not ALFRED. repeated all that more than once.
then fast forwarded
i get a call from LOLY-​ANN saying who the hell is alfred and did you purposely send me this a poor quality arrangement. after feeling humiliated i went to check my credit card statement and long and behold $ 129.00 dollar charger!!! The employee mentioned a $ 100 dollar minimum which i automatically assumed that was gonna be the total because she never got an authorization to charger me $ 129.00. Haven’t spoke to anyone from HOLLYFLORA. after this experience i want nothing to have to do with this establishment.
1)first off the charged me for an amount that was never mentioned. which i would have cared if they would have got me what i asked for .
2) they got everything wrong my name the arrangement all wrong.
i hate giving 1 stars but i feel robbed and taken advantage of.
PS i got an arrangement for my mother this same day.
$ 65 dollars no hidden fees and exactly what i wanted gorgeous red roses.

I had an amazing experience with Hollyflora. I have bought my fair-​share of flowers in the past, and this was definitely the best arrangement I have ever seen. Heather is super knowledgable, patient, courteous, and a master at her craft. I was an absolute train-​wreck when I spoke to her as I answered every question she asked with an «I dunno.» When it became apparent that she was mostly concerned about my wife’s style, favorite colors, etc., I knew I came to the right place and just asked her to do whatever she thought best.
The result. Wife was Mind-​blown. My wife is a florist, and she also agreed that it was the best arrangement of roses that she’s ever received. It was pretty cool to see her identify all the different types of roses Hollyflora used in her bouquet and acknowledge the value and skill. As long as I am in LA, I am definitely going to stick with Hollyflora.

I was excited to use this place because of all the great feed back I read online. So I called early in the week to have them deliver a $ 100 (their min) gift of flowers to my girl on Valentines day. I even went to their store and dropped off a teddy bear to be delivered with the flowers.
I felt good, I didn’t wait till the last minute like every other guy does to order his flowers.
Valentines day arrives. I start the the day with a Morning card, she loved it. Im smiling as she leaves the door thinking she will soon get this beautiful flower arrangement with a teddy bear at work.
10 am comes by, nothing… 11 am comes by, nothing… 12 noon comes by, crickets…
1:30 comes by, silence… Im thinking to myself, what the heck, how has she not gotten these flowers yet. What girl would want to wait all day to get flowers delivered to her, seeing all her co-​workers get flowers and for her to wait. and wait. and wait… I was thinking they would be dropped off first thing in the morning.
So I make the call… I am told that he his dropping other flowers off first and he will get to her… They said that they will contact him and get back to me… never did, i had to call again and again… Food for thought, I picked this place because it had good reviews and was 2 miles from her office.
They tell me that she is one of the last drop offs and it should be around 5. Thats just cruel to make someone wait till 4 or 5 in the afternoon at work to get flowers on Valentines day. Also, who the heck stays at the office till 5 on Valentines day.
They said they told me that, I call BS… I have a 5:30 sunset dinner reservation in Malibu. Would never be cool with that.
So I am a little upset to say the least… I tell them she is leaving at 4 and your late end of the day drop off wont work. Just deliver them to the house.
They tell me there will be an extra charge for Labor!!! WHAT!!! WHAT!!!
Overall, I had a lot of explaining to do. Thanks Hollyflora for ruining a huge part of Valentines day for me and my girl who just wanted flowers… Grade D+

Holly Flora did such a beautiful job for my wedding! They also did the florals for my rehearsal dinner which looked fabulous as well. They knew exactly what I was looking for when I explained it to them and executed it flawlessly. When we were choosing our florist we met with two different vendors: Holly Flora and Flower Wild. Holly Flora was extremely professional and got us our initial estimate in a timely manner while the other company actually NEVER gave us the estimate… I guess they didn’t think that our $ 7K budget was high enough for their time… ridiculous. Holly Flora was appreciative of getting our business and were always super enthusiastic about everything. They have great prices compared to other companies in LA. They are real artists with flowers and they are wonderful to work with!

Beautiful bouquets, boutonnierres, corsages for my wedding. Great slightly hipster cool style. Ended up going seasonal with some succulents. Coral color, icy green. They were just so lovely I couldn’t stop staring at them.
I was working on floral arrangments last minute and did most of my communication via email. They were very accommodating. very friendly; I did not feel pressured to go a certain way at all. They accept credit card payments.
Really reasonably priced for wedding florist! In fact, the best deal I found in the general area.
I did pick up and avoided delivery charges. They were conveniently located near my venue at Studio1342.

I’m sure their work is lovely, but we didn’t end up using them for our December wedding last year. It came down to two florists and Hollyflora, in comparison to the other florist shop, was just too busy and their prices too high. Email communication was slow, as they were constantly backlogged, and despite numerous revisions to the budget, we just couldn’t get the services we wanted for the budget we had ($ 3,000). When we visited, it was a humming hive of productivity, the ladies were quite nice, and their ideas creative, but I felt like our wedding was not a priority. Hope you have better luck if you choose to go with them; they really do seem like they crank out amazing work!

Holly Flora absolutely MADE my wedding come alive. My guests are STILL talking about the gorgeous and unique centerpieces. My bouquet was beyond gorgeous– as were all of the bouquets, boutineers, and the most beautiful head wreathes for my flower girls. I seriously walked into my venue and SCREAMED because it was SO PERFECT. These girls have an eye for chic simplicity– and from day 1 I knew it was the right match for my wedding. They are super fast with replies, incredibly knowledgeable, have AMAZING ideas, and are so attentive and friendly! I did my leg work– they were also so reasonable! Seriously, don’t look any further for a florist. These women are SO much more than that– they are ARTISTS! Thank you Heather and Holly!

I was so happy with my experience with Holly Flora! They immediately understood the look we were going for and were super confident and helpful from the first time we met them in their little studio. It also helped that they were right next to Smog Shoppe, our wedding venue, and had done tons of events with them. They understand that whole vibe and aesthetic so well and really take time to create simple, beautiful arrangements with nice little touches like vintage colored glass vases and even chalkboards and antique windowpanes for décor!
Holly and Heather were both lovely and just really great at their jobs. Their rates were very reasonable, too!
I’d recommend them to any couple looking for a pop of color and freshness at their wedding that goes beyond the cliché wedding décor that you’re used to seeing everywhere!

Holly and Rebecca at Hollyflora are crazy talented. I’ve been using Hollyflora for years and whenever I send an arrangement I get amazing feedback — people are floored by the creativity, simplicity and beauty. They can do anything you can dream of and are are wonderful to work with, to boot. Hollyflora did my wedding, my mom’s funeral, and many other one-​off jobs. They’ve done some insane gift baskets for friends and clients — high-​end merchandise, the best, most interesting cheeses all arranged beautifully with fruit and flowers. They don’t cut corners. Oh! The terrariums are great, too.
I recently received a floral arrangement as a thank you in the mail from another company. It was a dozen or so tulips in a round vase. I’m not kidding, it looked like someone had gone to Trader Joe’s, picked up some tulips and threw them in a cheap vase. So ugly. I am sure for the same price, my friend could have ordered an arrangement from Hollyflora that would have been breathtaking. Don’t get that cheap shit, get the real deal, it’s worth it. And your friends/​clients/​lovers will take notice, I promise.
You are in the best hands. I don’t believe they are the best florists in LA, I believe they are the best florist in the world.
ps: Calling them florist feels so cheap. These women are designers, taste-​makers, visionaries. God, this review reads so over the top. Oh well, it’s how I feel! Someone please order me an arrangement.

Holly Flora nails it. They work out of the best smelling office in Culver City that you would never know about if someone (Amber) didn’t direct you to it, where they either have or can get any flower you could think of. What we liked most about them is that you don’t have to know anything about flowers to get them to understand what you want. You can have some sort of vague vision and they’ll get it. We wanted pink and white wild flowers loosely arranged in varying sized and textured glass vases. We didn’t want uniformity. We didn’t want roses or calla lilies or anything too specific. They totally got it. They’re open to anything, they can do anything, and their prices are beyond reasonable. They’re professional, they’re unpretentious and they just get the job done. If we ever were to do another event in LA, we would absolutely use Holly Flora.
