Description

Specialties

Hooters is the perfect destination for lunch, dinner, happy hour or to catch the big game with your friends. Most of our beach theme restaurants offer a full-service bar and all offer a great selection of the coldest beer in town. ¾The menu features a variety of seafood, salads, sandwiches, specialty burgers, appetizers and, of course, our signature item Hooters nearly, world famous chicken wings. All this food and fun is served up by the All-American cheerleaders, the Hooters Girls.

History

Established in 1983.

The first Hooters was opened in 1983 in Clearwater Florida and has grown into a chain of over 430 locations in 44 states and 29 countries. In addition to the successful restaurants Hooters is also known for its community involvement and commitment to charity through HOO.C.E.F. The Hooters Community Endowment Fund which has donated over $ 8 million to local and national charities since 1992, including a $ 2 million Breast Cancer research grant named in honor of Kelly Jo Dowd, a former Hooters Girls and manager. Hooters is also committed to honoring the men and woman of our nation’s armed forces with visits by the Hooters Girls into combat zones around the world, special discounts and days to honor the military and a fund through Operation HomeFront to support the families of service personnel stationed overseas.
