Having a destination wedding can be stressful for most but ours was nothing short of ENJOYABLE and RELAXING! All thanks to Summer and Hullabaloo! As our coordinator, she acted as our liaison to our vendors. We ran into a few bumps throughout the wedding planning, as most brides do, and she ironed them out quickly and without any tension or negativity. I am so grateful that she was there with us in Maui to give us peace of mind. I don’t know how I even thought I was going to do all of the planning and day of logistics all by myself but she certainly saved me! Summer is a business woman who asks all the right questions and has the answers you need. She has great ideas so her creativity is in tact with her business sense. Great combo for an events coordinator. Thank you Summer for helping us with our special day! You were a delight to work with :)

There are not enough words to describe how grateful I am to Hullabaloo Event Design, specifically my wedding planner Summer. She planned my dream wedding, went above and beyond my expectations to create the most amazing and flawless wedding.
Planning a wedding is supposed to be stressful right? Summer was always so on top of things, she never let me get to the point of feeling stressed. She took care of EVERYTHING, if I had any questions (no matter what they were) I would send Summer an email and she would always promptly respond, so any concerns I had she would handle and make me feel at ease immediately.
Summer took the vision my (now husband) and I had, and made it come to life. We had a few ideas of things we wanted, but for the most part were open minded about the specific details. Summer’s ideas and contributions were so creative and unique. She took our concept and added so many fun details that we would have never thought of. I didn’t want it to feel like an ordinary wedding, and have elements that people see all the time, so Summer helped me spin the average wedding into something unique, fun, and definitely memorable for me and my guests.
The best part is, Summer understood me and my husband perfectly. She understood our vision and who we were and what we wanted from our wedding. The first venue she showed us was perfect, we didn’t need to look any further because it had everything we wanted and more. She introduced us to 1 photographer and 1 florist, they were perfect, and within our budget. She knew exactly what we were looking for and found us the best people for the job, so the search for all of the vendors was the easiest process ever!
I will HIGHLY recommend Hullabaloo Event Design for any kind of party planning, I’m already planning a vow renewal in 10 years just so we can work together again! I am forever grateful at the amazing job Summer and her team did to make my wedding the most fun and glamorous event imaginable!

I hired Hullabaloo Event Design to help me throw a Fabulous Surprise 60^th Birthday Party for my father. They found the perfect venue with catering, decorated so beautifully, a slamming’ DJ, cigar roller services, … the whole nine! AND they stayed within budget… actually I got some money back. I will definitely work with Hullabaloo Event Design again, and will recommend to others.
