I would Give this place 0 stars if I could. I’m writing this on behalf of my father and his most recent experience at this disrespectful, unhelpful, and extremely rude place. My father had gone in hoping for a couple hours of rest and relaxation. While changing and placing his clothes in the locker, his USB lanyard fell to the back of the locker. There was a hole in the back where he realized anyone could reach through to his side and grab his things and vice versa. He went to the front desk to notify them of the situation, and ask if he could have the other locker opened or find the person who was using that locker. The person at the front told him it was too bad and said, «Well that’s the customer’s [your] fault» nonchalantly. He told them how important his USB was and they didn’t care. Seriously, you’re not even going to go take a look or TRY?! You guys have the keys!!! If someone was using that locker, I’m sure they could’ve spoken with him to get approval to just get the USB. My father was so infuriated that he said he wanted his money back and that he wanted to leave. At that point, the person just said«we’ll comp you for today.» Screw that! WHATPOORCUSTOMERSERVICE! I suggest NOBODYEVERGOHERE! For all you know, they might not help you out in a similar situation or you may even get your items stolen through lockers that aren’t even secure to have all 4 walls.

No frills men’s spa. Very good prices for spa entry and services. I’ve had massages salt scrubs and haircuts. I’ve never been disappointed. I don’t speak Korean and the barber doesn’t speak English yet somehow he ends up giving me great haircuts that even look good 3 weeks later. Not a fancy place like WiSpa. Just a simple down to earth men’s spa a little rough around the edges but more than compensates through great service and great prices.

Worst place ever. The only English speaking was the lady at cashier’s desk(no smiling, like I was there to ask for money). The room was too small and smelled like never cleaned. The blanket they covered me with smelled horrible as well. At that point I was ready to stop the massage but decided to give them a chance. But aftet asking the massage lady 3 times not to brake my bones, my patience was over. She didn’t speak and understand English so I had no choice but to stop it and leave. Don’t waste your time money and nerves, fibd another place.

Just called this place to book two Koran scrubs one for my husband and one for me. The lady said they didn’t service women, only men! what kind of place is this really? Couldn’t give less than a star. it sure deserves it.

It’s one of the cheapest ones around Ktown. It is not luxurious and it doesn’t look very well maintained but it gets the job done. For $ 10, it’s a great value. But I give it 3 stars for the security cameras they have in the locker rooms. There’s a sign there that says that it is due to theft, but it seems a bit overboard for one room which is wide open. And it seems very unusual and an invasion of privacy to have cameras there.

Convenient spot, Massage was cheap for the price, but the place doesn’t really seem THAT sanitary or anything special. I was stuck in the room in the back where the window was broken, and it was freezing while I got my massage.

A very good down to earth place. I like it for the convenience, the location and the low rates. $ 10 for spa and $ 25 for 50 minutes massage. If you buy a pass, you can save even more! They have dry sauna and steam room. They have hot bath, cold bath(pool) Also, they offer body scrub. Not sure how much the cost is for body scrub. They do not have any section for ladies. Men only. Flat screen TV in the locker room and also in the spa next to the hot pool. But be prepared to watch Korean TV series! Sorry no CNN! You can have your shoes shined for $ 5. Parking is usually fine. If they are busy, there will be an attendant who can park it for you. The place is clean and functional, but if you look for luxury, look for another place. Wi Spa is a nice luxury spa, and it is close by, but you got to be prepared to pay more than double. Someone has to pay for their nice décor and designs!

This place rockets into first on the list of Hangook Sauna. Saturday me & the bf went to a party in Angelino Heights, and we left kinda early. Since we were in town, we decided to try out a new sauna. —– oops, abandoned this review for 5 months… —– Ample parking. Lower prices than other Los Angeles Sauna. Practically empty of non-Koreans. There’s a pool hall attached, and a Ondol-bang.

this place is actually a sauna not a health center. what is a korean sauna? well this place is open 24 hrs, its males only. in this center you got karaōke, a pc café, inside the sauna itself is a restaurant, a barber shop, massage therapy, and a place for people to sit in a dry sauna, a place to watch tv and recliners, showers, hot tubs, a guy to scrub you while you are naked, a sleeping room, a cold dunk tank. its basically a nongay korean bath house, so you cant be walking around in swim trunks. its full of old korean men and me. yes i guess i am officially an old man cuz i dont mind walking around naked and coming to these places. the ultimate old korean man combo is driving range and sauna, shoot me before that. if you do active sports and train daily like me, sauna is a must at least once a week, and after tournaments, and i try to get one massage a month, along with chiropractic adjustments. i like this place, its not clean but convenient. i like to come after jiu jitsu tournaments and relax. its great if you are married to get away from your wife and your job and your kids. sam y.
