If you’re looking for a great friendly environment with heavy amounts of inspiration then IFC gym is the place to be. The staff there are all incredible good people. You can tell that they actually care about their members which make them very easy to talk to. They undoubtedly have the lowest prices in town and a HUGE parking lot! They allow you to bring your own iPod to play your own music which is pretty cool (If someone else isn’t already using theirs, of course.) There are plenty of punching bags for everyone and great equipment machines for all body parts.
I would definitely recommend this gym to anyone looking to get in shape and learn martial arts in a comfortable CLEAN environment with fantastic instructors. The place is constantly growing, and from what I hear, they are adding classes and providing cheap personal training for those interested.
