We came at 9:30 pm exactly, there were customers inside, and the door was close already. The door said from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm, plus my husband called the store and no one answered. Really what kind of management IHOP have. I work in food industry and I won’t loose business, just because I want to go home early. We had to go all the way to Crenshaw store. They were actually open!!! And the lady said yes we close until 10pm!!!

This is a pretty decent IHOP. I come here about 3 times a month for breakfast. There is always a 30 minute to 1 hr wait. I stopped coming to find in. I now get my order to go. I’ve never had a problem with my order being made wrong or having poor customer service. The wait is just really ridiculous. Other than that this place is pretty good!

Terrible service! Our waiter, I believe his name is Javier, was exceptionally rude, we had to keep asking him for a refill on our drinks which he had an attitude about, asked multiple times for a to go box, and overall not as attentive as he should be for a waiter at a restaurant. The food was good, just not the environment

The manager some guy there is full of shit gave me a attitude and never gave us a table said the wait was 30 min but was really 1 hour 40 min I had a party of 15 and we went to celebrate a birthday, but the manager pissed me off and I didn’t enjoy the time there, the bill came out to $ 253.65 and we left a $ 30 tip thanks to our server but I really feel corporate should work on there management,

We walked in on a wednesday night 10⁄7 but the greeter was too busy on her phone to seat us. Another server had to get her attention and so she handed us menus and returned to her phone. We waited and waited and no one offered us drinks. I tried getting the attention of another server but he was busy conversing with the cook also on their phones. As we walked out they just stared carelessly.

Small busy yet speedy place. Could be cleaner yet service couldnt be better. Prices are ok. They have plenty of specials for everyone. I like the diversity of honey choices, although that is standard for all ihops lol

Came here for breakfast, it’s a bit of a drive but best belive it’s worth it. Had the
blackberry peach cobbler thinking it was going to be too sweet but best believe it tasted like an expensive breakfast with a not too sweet and just a touch of sour do to the blackberry. VERY GOOD AND SATISFYING CUZTOMER SERVICE

the food was ok but I have never been or felt so disrespected. The staff is rude, and nasty, if you don’t like working here then maybe you shouldn’t be here. Had the worst service. I like Dennys but I will make so I don’t come to this one anymore. Change the attitude and trust me life would be a lot better!

Extremely slow do not go. I had to leave after waiting for my food for more than 30 mins. When i asked for an estimated eta i was given another 15−20min wait. Other customers who came after us with a bigger party recieved there orders. Save yourself the time and do not go.

This place is horrible, I called an hour in advance to make a reservation since I know it’s always full. My family and I arrived 15 minutes early and still had to wait for a table. I don’t know but something tells me they don’t know what a reservation is. I only put up with it because my mom seems to love it so much. I dread coming here when she gets one of cravings

This is my local Ihop, it’s literally 4 min away from my house. My family loves it and so do I. I’ve worked as a server, I still work in the hospitality industry therefore I know how hectic it is to work in places like this. The restaurant it’s clean, the two server assistant work their hat off, servers are friendly and do their job. I don’t love it, but I like it.

I literally waited 30 mins for a 15min hold time. They bumped someone in front of me. They said sorry and still had me wait only to get a dirty table. I couldn’t stay I was annoyed by then. Needless to say… We won’t be back.

Really bad customer service, the sign at the door says they close at 10:00pm. I get there at 9:19pm and Teresa tells me they can just take to go orders!!! Really??? 40m before they close and they can not take a table!!! Wow… Good job I Hop. I think u should work on your employees at the front counter, because this is NOT the first time that they show how poorly they r trained.

This is my neighborhood IHOP so I come here all the time. Yes, waiting time is horrible, but it is expected when you go during the mornings, especially on the weekends. I have been here on a weekday night and it was definitely one of the better experiences. Way less people so our waiter was more attentive. Although the wait time is long, food usually comes out quick. Almost always come here after church on Sundays

I’ve been bringing me family here for the last 4 years and been great service till now. For the last month’s we’ve waited up to 1 ½ hours just to get in… And another 45 min to 1 hour for food. The morning staff should be better. More coverage. We will start going to other places now. Used to be worth the wait, not anymore

I hate leaving bad reviews. Even more than reading them.
I come to this IHOP about once a month. Good service, sweet employees. Yummy food.
Kids love breakfast food for dinner. My best part? I’m not doing the dishes.
What’s this? 14 minutes until someone even asks us if we would like beverages? And my god?! What’s with the freezing air? I know this is Los Angeles and we don’t have snow weather here… but two other customers were huddled in their corner with their jackets pulled up to their faces.
However…while I typed up the review… our waiter comped me my potato soup. And turned down the air.
I’m less cranky now. Thank you.
Food is always fantastic.

This place is not even «okay»
It doesn’t make sense how they close one side and have the customers waiting a very long line just to be seated. The food takes forever and they had taken my order wrong twice already! I dislike this place
