I would give zero stars if possible. My business partner and I have tried ordering inks and different equipment from them to no avail. Order was placed on October 27^th, it’s is now November 4^th and the order still says «awaiting fulfillment.» They don’t answer their phones, don’t answer their emails or online messaging. It seems impossible to get ahold of them. We decided we’d have to put in a claim with the bank, because this is ridiculous. Feels more like a scam than anything. Buyer beware!

I wish this company was as awesome as they initially seem. Lots of printer supplies at great prices. I went to them because they were one of the only companies selling what I needed for my printer.
I was initially going to spend over $ 200 to get all of my supplies through them, but after reading the reviews on here, I didn’t want to take a chance with that much money. I bought as much as I could elsewhere and only used inkpro for $ 40 worth of two items I could not find anywhere else.
Their website says fast shipping and you get the product right away. After a week of my order not changing from «awaiting fulfillment» to shipped, I started emailing. Then, is started calling during their open hours. Never any response. After 2 weeks, I called my bank to get a refund. Only then, did my order ship out– the next day.
Lazyness, no communication, and poor business practices. I don’t understand why they don’t just communicate with their customers… pretty sure the reviews on their website are filtered too, so I wouldn’t believe them.
Scammy company. I wish they were all they pretend to be online. :(

Very sorry to have to give such a low review but this company has fallen down big time. I’ve ordered from them in the past (twice) and had good service and product. BUT, this last time I placed a bigger order for refillable cartridges and chip resetters and it has not shipped for over 2 weeks and 4 emails unanswered so I had to cancel the order through my credit card as there is no way to even cancel the order online and since they are not even responding to my cancel order email I had no choice. So now my money is tied up with the credit card company while investigating the transaction in order to refund my money…
Trust me, just shop elsewhere.

This guy Thomas who works here is a complete jerk off. We have ordered Inks for a brand new printer and each ink cartridge has popped into my consultants face. I email him because their customer service is a joke and non existent and he lol’s at me and tells me how he has never had that problem. Like ok Prick for 1, I do not care what you have experienced just replace my product. Here I am at almost 2 months later I have no Return label and no response from anyone. No I have to file a complaint with the BBB and get my bank to refund me the monies. Do not order from t his company their inks are low quality and poorly refilled. Why do you think they are so cheap.
