I have been afraid of needles as far as I can remember… so I have always been hesitant to try acupuncture.
When I met Jennifer (the owner) for the first time, I told her about my phobia and she was very good at reassuring me… I instantly felt like I was in good hands!
During the treatment, she explained what she was doing, the reason for each needle and then… I felt asleep! It worked magic on my anxiety and blood pressure levels… I have been going to see her even since!!!

Jennifer Ryan treated me with acupuncture to relieve stress symptoms that I have been dealing with for years. It was my first experience with acupuncture and I was extremely satisfied with the treatments I received. I had been to numerous other western medical doctors who were unable to provide relief without the use of heavy medication. Not only did I feel better after the first treatment but my symptoms began to diminish with subsequent treatments. I truly appreciate Jennifer’s ability to listen, diagnose my problems and purpose and explain a treatment. I felt comfortable in her hands.

Jennifer has been an essential part of my health care team for years.
I first went to her when I was diagnosed with cancer, I wanted to explore both western and eastern treatment. I ended up doing both. She was both confident and compassionate, helping me through a very intense time.
She combined traditional Chinese medicine to address my actual lymphoma, and used other points to off set the toxic heat of the radiation.
She also did major stress and anxiety sessions using needles, cupping, crystals, and aroma therapy– just bliss afterwards.
She also has such a gentle touch– really! And I’m a jumpy one :)
I can’t recommend her highly enough.
