Called to make wire arrangements to buy a watch for $ 12k which was reasonably priced, not a price mistake by any means. While on the phone with them, they literally raised the price on the website by over $ 2k. Bait and switch. Improper dealings. Shady and Scummy.
Take your money and your business elsewhere and enjoy peace of mind of not buying from these shysters.

Sunday night 12/​1, placed an order. Since it was a Sunday and after normal business hours, our computer did not verify if order was received. I was concerned and Monday ¹²⁄₂ left a message asking for a conformation. Not only did Bobby call me to assure me the order was placed, but made a second call later in the day to say my watch had been shipped. Yes ! 2 (two) calls and did I say ¹²⁄₂ was «Cyber Monday»…Can only imagine if this was just a normal transaction during the year… Watch arrived Wednesday, and I have only good things to say about this company.

The most frustrating shopping experience ever… As soon as I placed the order I’ve received a phone call from Bobby and he told me the watch I want is out of stock. Guys, if you don’t have an item available, please, update your web site ant put a note «out of stock». But I had already paid for the watch $ 3000.00 Then they charged me $ 30 for expediting shipping plus $ 30 for shipping from their distributor and I received my watch…3 weeks later. That was a birthday present and I was feeling like an idiot telling my friend that «you present is on the way» for two weeks. Please, stay away from this company. Personally, I would never do business with them again.

Stay far away. Purchased watch. Voicemail three days later out of stock. Next day back on the web page at double the price. Scam.

Found a Movado watch that they must have mispriced by mistake. Ordered it and a few hours later received a voicemail stating that they sold their last one. A few minutes later I find the exact same item re-​priced on their website. Guess what? It’s in stock. Why am I not surprised?

Got it authenticated from the montblanc dealer and they said it was good.
