Jack in the Box

I have gone there before and the service always been mediocre, but this time I was given my food with attitude. When I asked for hot sauce they gave me like 3! And they forgot to give buttermilk sauce. So I went home and ate my food and as I was bitting my burger, this big long shiny black hair came out of burger !!! It was so gross had to throw my whole burger! And to top it off the fries were old and stall! Not going back to that jack in the box any time soon!

I’m going to give them 5 stars not only because they’re open 24/​7, the employees there I salute them for having such patience with all the customers because unfortunately that specific location is full of un-​educated ghetto people. I judge based on what my eyes see right in front of me. I’m glad they have bulletproof glass to protect them. Ghetto people are always yelling, being rowdy, cursing out loud they don’t give a damn if children are around, tapping on the glass, cursing at the employees, cutting people in front of the line, demanding food to be cooked a certain way eat it and demand to get their money back and still wanna keep the food, they just deal with very narccistic prople. When I go there, it only takes me 15 seconds to order and I’m out. I don’t like to waste peoples time and waste the employees their time.

I just come here for hash browns and they are great every time. However, I am a little weirded out that I have to put my money in a little slot.

Roman great costumer service, The Shift Manager very polite as well !! I usually don’t go to Jack in the Box, but since I came to a Church event I passed by with Family and we liked the food, about the crew the employees very helpful! GOOD JOB !!

I grew up when this particular JITB had seen its better days. But now when you visit this spot, expect your friendly neighborhood transient begging you for change, someone ‘overstaying’ their trip to the restroom and long wait time to get your meal. This is what ruins what should be a good experience at this chain. The food is worth the wait, but the number of transients passing through, isn’t. This location can do better.

I’m at your Vermont and hoover location and I am appalled. This store has mold on the fountain drink machine, graffiti, broken speakers on the embarrassing bullet proof Windows, etc. Just because it’s in a poorer neighborhood, doesn’t mean you guys should treat them like trash! I was just driving through the area… thank God! This is horrific!

This place is near by like going there but once in a while they get the order incorrect. I sometimes order the grilled chicken club salad but i end up getting a grilled one? and don’t even give ranch. I’ll give this spot 4 stars just because of those little mishaps.

The manager that is usually there at night its always pretty rude… Food is average, and homeless people walking up to the window seems just scary…

Stopped by here at like 1AM.
This is the spot when you’re drunk. Drive-​thru. Love it.
Order every damn thing on the dollar menu including like 8 $ 1 tacos.
There’s always some sort of line in the drive-​thru though.
Luckily the worker I had was nice, so I usually reciprocate their nice attitudes with nice attitudes of my own.

Close to work
I have been here a few times… most times a bit slow in the morning… and fries are a bit «off» most of the time. Otherwise an ok place.
