The staff are somewhat helpful. The assistance are quiet most of the time. They don’t really knock on the door or greet the patient. The ladies in the front desk are the same.
The environment is kept cleaned. If you were to use their restrooms, the Keyes are kept at the front desk. They also have some brochures (not sure what kind) by the water cooler.
And for the doctor, he looks serious but does his job. He does explain but not too much about what’s going on with the patient.
