No matter which difficult question I had during the whole buying process, and there were many as I was a first time buyer, he would always have an answer. He is not afraid to point out the good and the bad of a certain property and this has really helped me in making the right decision in the end. James went out of his way to help me during the house inspections which I could not always attend due to work travel. During the final stages of negotiations, he worked diligently and patiently to get a very good price for me and I am very happy with the cottage I ended up with in the end. As I travel a lot for work, James greatly helped me during the escrow process. There is no way I could have done this all by myself.

James was great throughout the process when I was selling and buying a new property. I really thought that it would be very difficult to accomplish this, especially if you’re not a cash buyer.
