Jennifer N Chen, DDS

Dr. Chen is one of the most attentive medical professionals I’ve ever come across. She’s thorough and compassionate. She also runs a clean and very friendly practice. Her staff spent serious time on numbers, without our even asking, so that a treatment plan would cost as little, out of pocket, as possible. You can’t ask for more.

When I went to this dentist I was told I had a 50.00 copay I have never paid a copay I have PPO insurance and was told this dentist was a PPO dentist, however the receptionist assured me that she wouldl refund me the difference if I paid the 50.00 which I did in good faith as it turns out I had no copay and was due back a refund of 11.00 which she refused to refund and said it was a late fee for a cancelled appointment which was not true my appointment was cancelled with Dr. Lu, I have tried to call and speak with the dentist in the office but no one returns my calls, I have never had this sort of problem in the 20 plus years I have had my insurance, and I cannot understand why the dentist will not call and make an effort to straighten this matter out.

Friendly & professional, staff is nice. Very clean, nice view from 11^th floor.

I absolutely love Jennifer Chen and her staff. She is super friendly and professional. She takes the time to explain what is going on with my teeth and she seems genuinely concerned for my health. When my husband and I go for cleanings or other dental work it feels like a family visit rather than a dental visit.
