Established in 2013.
Formerly of Tokyo Gardens and Tokyo Café, the Ishii family torch has recently been passed down to Chef Glen, who has taken up the family torch alongside his partner Caroline Shin of Kogi BBQ to create a brunch-friendly spot that both honors 3 generations of service and a fresh perspective on breakfast and lunch.
Meet the Business Owner
Caroline S.
Business Owner
One of the founders of Kogi BBQ, Caroline Shin, met executive chef Glen Ishii in the kitchens of the Omni Hotel. After a decade of friendship, they decided to take a chance on a little aspiration of theirs: to bring great breakfasts from the heart of Little Tokyo to the soul of downtown.
