Since 1994 Joel & Co. Construction has steadily grown from a home remodeling company into a large-​scale commercial and residential construction company. We specialize in new construction, commercial renovations, room additions, kitchen remodeling and bathroom remodeling. We service the San Fernando Valley and Los Angeles areas. Joel & Co. Construction is a full service licensed general contractor. Whether working on custom bathroom Remodeling, kitchen remodels, building custom homes or renovating commercial buildings, our continued success is due to our commitment on practicing safe construction methods and strict compliance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations. We work closely with clients, civil and structural engineers, architects and designers with a collaborative mindset on a common goal; delivering a successful construction project.

History

Established in 1995.

We have built our business from the ground up with the help of repeating customers and word of mouth. Having completed more then 500 projects of both large and small scale we’ve learned that communication is key. We sit down and listen to your needs and build off that. From the start of your project we manage and maintain full control assuring you that our process is clean, finished with detailed and delivered on time.

Business Owner

As a teenager, Joel would enjoy working over his summer breaks as an apprentice for his father’s concrete and framing company. He also worked with his uncle who is an electrical and plumbing contractor.

During his time as a foreman for both his father and uncle’s company, Joel met a lot of people inquiring about a reliable, trustworthy, and efficient general contractor. After hearing about the unfortunate experiences homeowners were having with builders, Joel was encouraged to attend school and become a licensed contractor. By the mid 90’s, having the core elements of construction under his belt (foundation, framing, plumbing, and electrical) Joel & Co. Construction was founded.
