Super pleased with my emergency visit to this practice. I didn’t have to spend 30 minutes filling out paper work, the man behind the desk sat me down, asked me questions and filled everything directly into the computer. I signed and initialed with a digital pad. Finally! A doctor’s office that is catching up to the present. The moment I was in the computer, a nurse took me to an exam room where I expected to wait the usual 45 minutes. but no, she sat down with me and typed all my symptoms into the computer. Moments later, the dr came in. Dr. Isaacson was friendly, easy-​going and left me with a very strong impression that he knew what he was doing (not always the case, as we know). I was immediately taken to x-​ray, and *again* did not have to wait! I felt like I had fallen into a fairytale land. Never have I not had to wait and wait and wait through all the stages of any dr visit. After the x-​rays, right back to the exam room and the dr came in literally 2 minutes after I sat down. He found the issue, gave some advice and recommendations, wrote prescriptions… and holy cow, I was done.
I want to stress that, despite how smooth and fast everything went, I did not at any time feel like I was being marched along a conveyor belt of patients. Every person I encountered was great, friendly and made me feel comfortable. I highly recommend this doctor and this practice.
