I order from here every morning for my business and love the hospitality I get from the man that works there. He’s always so happy and easy to talk to. I came in to K & A one morning around 8:30 looking for some plain helium balloons on short notice. They A) actually had helium, which is apparently in short supply these days, so that was great; B) were SO friendly and helpful, and helped me pick a nice variety of balloons from their super wide selection.
It was very serendipitous because I had originally gone to a place I found down the street, which has closed shop. I simply walked down Boyd to find this gem, and I’m so glad I did.

The owner, even though he gets busy, is very pleasant! Takes the time to give you what you need while other customers are asking him a billion questions. Found stuff cheaper there than party city!!! I will be definitely be going back. Just wish I live closer so I can have my ballons inflated there but they had everything I need.

The shop owner and his mother were very kind and welcoming. Prices are cheaper than party city. Parking at the nearby meters was $ 0.25 per 3 minutes! Hopefully you can find a better spot to park or have someone just wait for you curbside.

I’m in charge of decorating my niece’s quincenera, came here since it was recommended by a Co-​worker. So cheap, for someone who relies on target for party supplies! I bought stuff for my other 2 niece’s upcoming birthdays as well. They didn’t have all the colors of tulle I was looking for but I almost got everything I need. Friendly, helpful and kindly gave my crying toddler a toy to calm her down. I’ll be back! A+!

Kevin and his lovely mother are awesome. I’m a balloon artist and need assortment of color when it comes to my qualitex 260 Q balloons. Kevin was do nice to order me a specific pack with a select palette of colors. Now he has that and other varieties always in stock for me. Thanks K&A!

Great prices but for me the most important thing is Costumer Service and here it’s EXCELLENT! I’ve came in with my son which has ADHD and is really all over the place and can be overwhelming with questions but Kevin is very kid friendly and has never been rude and or has made us feel uncomfortable. I can’t say the same about most of the other shops in the area. I use to Shop around to find great deals But now I know from experience not to waste my time. I’ve found many unique items that other places don’t have including party city. This is definitely the best place for all your party needs. I was in need of some last minute party supplies for my daughter’s birthday. I wanted some unique items that can’t be found at Party City such as cupcake rings and balloons they don’t carry. I contacted the store and was assured that my order could be fulfilled and delivered by the weekend (I called on a Wednesday) to San Diego. I promptly made my order online and within a day my package was shipped. They chose a low cost shipping method (FEDEX) and it arrived on a Friday. Can’t beat the great service they provide and promptness for fulfilling your order. And they were very good at answering questions. It also helps the prices are better than Party City, and some online merchants, too.
On another note: If you don’t see a particular item, or theme, online give the store a call — they might actually carry it but haven’t updated the web page yet.

Can’t believe this is their first review! Proud to leave them a 5 star rating & share my experience with everyone else. I live just about 60 miles away from this place so I decided to give em a call before heading there & not only were all my questions answered nicely, but I also found the best deals here! It may be a bit tricky to find the place since there’s no name (next to the little place with all that hello kitty stuff). After arriving there we asked for ‘Kevin’ who greeted us & got right down to business with us without wasting time!(Just how I like it!) :)
Kevin was more than happy to answer all our questions & show us his stuff, which I may add we’re a lot since we were buying in bulk. They also ship to you! I ordered Friday afternoon & received it first thing on Tuesday morning.
All our questions were answered & gave us the best suggestions & advice! Who does that now a days!!? All & all, I will be back & hope others will too.
