Why doesn’t Unilocal allow 0 stars, if only for this company? I ordered an item online and it arrived THENEXTDAY and was of even better quality than I expected. Nice start, right? It ended there. I then ordered a bikini. After 10 days with no word, I contacted the store via email to ask if they had a delivery ETA. After 12 back and forth emails(they never answer the phone or return calls) and nearly a month of their stalling, I had to threaten legal action. They claimed that they had to order the item from the manufacturer but declined to let me know when or if they had even done so. They then wanted to charge an overstock fee. Why if they didn’t have an item to restock? About the shadiest business dealings I’ve encountered ever. Think of them as the CompCast of booty clothing. Buyer be ware.

I was satisfied with the first skirt I purchased from this company. HOWEVER, they sent me the wrong size on my second order and would not refund my money. I understand their regular return policy is «store-credit» only, but my dissatisfaction was due to MERCHANTERROR. They sent a smaller size than what was clearly stated on my order summary. I needed the item for a trip and ended up having to purchase something else locally because I didn’t have time to return the item and wait for the new shipment. Not to mention that the skirt(Midi Skirt) is thin, cheaply made and not worth $ 60. Now I’m forced to purchase something else when they screwed up my order. In the interest of customer service excellence, they should have made an exception and given me the option to choose my preference of a store credit or a full refund to fix their mistake. That’s how you get repeat business and warm referrals. I attempted to reach someone by phone only to hear a recording stating that the line doesn’t accept voicemail messages. Then I sent an email asking for a call back or a good phone number so I could speak with a live person, and I got what seemed to be a computer-generated reply that basically repeated the return policy and return instructions, but not even acknowledging my request for phone contact. A few days ago I got an email acknowledging receipt of my return and issuing a store credit which appears to be the purchase price and only PART of the return postage. Again, I returned the item because they sent the wrong size. I’ll use my store credit and write them off. Done! Kami Shade showed a lot of promise initially. Don’t be fooled.
