My skin looks better and better all the time! Lillian and Desmond are both very friendly and helpful. I have such a wonderful experience shopping there and I always love my products.

Kiehl’s products work perfectly on my skin and I think it’s worth every penny for that. If you have a sensitive skin, I recommend you to talk to one of their employees and have some test with their product. They are very helpful most of the times, very friendly and knowledgable.
If you want to try something out, they will give you good amount of samples.
It’s a dog friendly store and they will give your pooch a treat.

I’m glad I stopped in…
I just was walking by on the way to grab a coffee but on a whim walked in because it looked interesting. Lillian greeted me and asked what I was looking for. I told her I had no idea, just wanted to see what was there, she offered me a free facial. Why not…
So she went through a bunch of different products, but just explained them all, rather than overtly trying to sell them all. She seemed to ask good questions to hone down what products would be best for me. And beyond that, she continued to narrow down the must-​haves if I wasn’t planning on buying 8 different products. She was friendly and not at all snobby or judgy (despite my lack of general knowledge about any beauty products!), and I’d say she was effective (I spent $ 100 that I hadn’t been planning to spend, but don’t feel pushed about it). And I could tell she wasn’t BSing– she seemed to know answers to tough questions I asked, and when she didn’t know, she asked another associate.
And in the end, I got a free hand lotion and a load of samples (ok, probably priced in to the other products I bought, but still nice). I can’t yet speak for the products… I feel good right now, but this is day one of using it. Maybe I’ll update this post later if I’m hooked.

Ok, so I’ve been meaning to go to this particular Kiehl’s in FOREVER. Because of the bad reviews of the customer service at the Grove I really wanted to wait for a day off to come here.
Lily was the associate that helped me and she was just great! She greeted me and was attentive to my needs! My face, like everyones, is extremely important and I dont settle for drugstore face washes, I need the best. Lily showed me the cleansers (which i bought), the eye creams to help me with my dark circles, and then entered me in the system to let me know about great offers, holiday specials, and facials!
Im so excited to use my new cleanser! It’s everything I told Lily i needed.

I have always been a Kiehl’s fan since college. I live in San Gabriel Valley. I could’ve gone to the one in Santa Anita Mall, but I love coming here because Laura (or Lauren, the manager) was so nice and attentive to customers. I highly recommend people to come to this store because it’s not very busy, and you get to talk to sales associate about what you need. They never rush me into buying anything I don’t feel like. I feel completely honest with them.
I know their products are pricy, but a large bottle of toner or midnight recovery oil will last me at least a year. Instead of spending $ 10 – 20 drug store brand that has minimal effect, why not buy something effective AND it lasts for a while!

Amazing amazing amazing! It was my first time here and I absolutely fell in love. The moment I walked in I was greeted by everyone. The main gal that helped me I believe her name is Devin. She is super friendly, not pushy and was actually interested in finding the right products for me unlike other stores where they are pushy with buying products. I love how she was so patient with me throughout the whole time because I am so difficult in explaining my skin type. I didn’t even have to wait in line to pay she rang me right up and gave me free samples to try out here at home. I tried the ultra facial cream right away and noticed how much better my skin looked and it felt so nourished and hydrated. I absolute love this place and will definitely be coming back. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. A+++++++++

Could I love Kiehl’s on Robertson Blvd. any more? The answer is yes! I now get sale updates and email alerts from Desmond, an exceptional Kiehl’s brand ambassador/​sales guru at this location. A quick phone call and I can place an order for mail delivery with personal service and recommendations. Even though I don’t live in LA, I can still get a little of their signature glamour back home in Northern California via USPS. When anyone asks my secret, I tell them– it’s Kiehl’s!

Devin was amazing. She guided us, wasn’t pushy, knew how to prioritize our needs, and made us feel like royalty! Thank you so much!!! Best adventure of the day! Ps love the samples and «how to» card!

I LOVE me some Kiehl’s! I am a confessed beauty product junkie. I have serious issues that I refuse to seek help for.
I’ve used their products for ages, turned so many people onto them with great gifts and basically can never get enough of the Crème de Corps Body Butter. Their products are simplicity at its finest.
First time for me at this location. I’m always scared away by the lack of parking pretty much anywhere on Robertson, so it’s easy just to go to the Grove. This is a lovely store filled with helpful and friendly people eager to give you samples of all kinds of stuff. I’ll be back very soon to restock for the holidays.

I attended a private party at this store and it was great! The associates were very knowlegdable and FRIENDLY! We were all treated to individual facials, skin type testing and mini massages.
I purchased the Crème de Corps Whipped Body Butter and Lavender Bath/​Shower Cleanser. I am a toiletry junkie and I’m always looking to add new products to my collection. Thanks to the lovely ladies at this store I have two new favorites.

I casually walked into this store because I had heard stories about how amazing their deodorant is. Jessica was extremely nice and helpful, without being too pushy. She invited me to come back for a complimentary facial. I was there for about an hour and she gave me tips about my skin care and helped me to figure out which products would be best for me. Both times I went she gave me TONS of samples. Their deodorant is phenomenal I’ve never used anything that worked as well. Their products can be on the pricier side but they seem to be very high quality products. I had a great experience.

I almost gave it 5 stars, but I was given misinformation about the recycle program. I showed up with 4 empty bottles, and my recycle card, which had been stamped for 6 previous empties. After stamping my card for my 10^th recyclable, a saleswoman named Nicole told me I needed one more recyclable to cash in on my free product, so I left. I later noticed I had 10 stamps and came back. Under the recycling program, you get a lip gloss after you bring back 3 empties, a travel sized product after 5 empties, and a full-​sized product up to $ 25 after 10 empties. I ended up getting a FREE facial fuel after shave for my fiancé because of the recycle program. What a deal!
I went in looking to try new face products and replace some products I ran out of. Other than that initial snaffu, Nicole was an excellent saleswoman. She really took her time and explained everything, particularly the new line of eye creams. I decided to try the microderm abrasion scrub ($ 41) and the Midnight Recovery Eye cream ($ 16 after $ 20 off coupon), and I bought replacements of the Tea Tree Oil Shampoo ($ 18) and the Ultra Facial Cleanser ($ 19.50).
For spending so much, I got a hand salve ($ 15) as a FREE gift, and Nicole also let me take free 0.25 fl oz «deluxe» samples of the new Rosa Arctica anti-​aging cream, the Cryste Marine «Ultra Riche» cream, and the Abyssine Cream Plus. As usual, I also got TONS of samples. I should also note that Nicole was the first person, in my many years shopping at Kiehl’s, to explain to me that, if you buy a product from Kiehl’s and do not like it, you can return it within 28 days of your purchase; if you have your receipt, you get your money back; otherwise, you at least get to exchange the product. Overall, it was a successful trip to Kiehl’s. I’ll definitely be back to recycle more product (and maybe to buy some of the samples I got)!

Gotta love the airlines. I decided to carry my suitcase with me instead of checking it and therefore I could not bring my jar of good face cream. My face felt the lack of creamy moisture. So while browsing Robertson street I stopped in and was given a sample of face cream and a gel. It was perfect and small enough to take home on the plane without having to check my luggage.
I think I will have to go to a Kiehls store in Denver and give the product a try. I need cleanser and a few other items for my face. Hopefully this product is just what my face needs.

I went here with my girlfriend, against my will. A skin care store, really? Was she trying to tell me something? No. Not really, but the voice in my head did say this.
She has apparently been using Kiehl’s products for years because her mom does and her grandmother, too. This company has been around forever. The sales girl gave me the quick pitch. They are over 100 years old, everything is natural and if I don’t like something I can bring it back. Then she slathered some after shave lotion on my hand and I felt as soft as a baby’s butt. More, more, give me more.
And she did. Even though I wasn’t the one swiping my card she filled a bag with samples of men’s products including shaving cream and lip balm (the better to kiss my girl with). I confess, I am now a Kiehl’s user too. Let the generations continue.

Thanks to Kiehl’s, I no longer have that problem! Kiehl’s products all come in low-​key, classic containers in subtle «Calvin Coolidge is still the president» colors that don’t scream your love of ballroom dancing or interior decorating.
Kiehl’s is all business, and luckily for you and me (one day, there will be an US, I hope) that business is quite awesome, thank you, miss.
Unlike a stop at the Clinique, Clarins, or Estée Lauder counter, a visit to Kiehl’s won’t always leave you with the feeling that you’re spending too much for too little. Whatever your skin type, whatever your age, Kiehl’s will have the products you need to have you looking your best – skin, nails, hair, cosmetics for the ladies, shaving products for the boys and hirsute girls, lovelife.

There’s a world of difference between dropping by Kiehl’s and say, stopping at Rite-​Aid and buying a pump bottle of Lubriderm, Grey Goose, and prophylactics. For one thing, Kiehl’s doesn’t sell liquor or condoms, and for another, Kiehl’s products don’t suck, and the employees don’t give you a lecherous half-​smile as they look at what you’re buying.
Wait, what? That doesn’t happen to you? Well… me, neither.

ANYliquorstore, Kiehl’s associates are helpful, friendly, and aren’t dressed in that bogus «I’m a German rocket scientist» getup that some makeup counter people wear when they want to convince you that they know what they’re talking about.
The employees are knowledgable and enthusiastic about their product, and genuinely seem to care, unlike, perhaps, the dude at 7 – 11 when you tell him that they’re all out of sugar-​free Red Bull and «–do you know when you might get more?»
Parking at this particular Kiehl’s location is challenging unless you arrive right when stores open along Robertson Blvd (around 10am), although there is a reasonably-​priced, paid parking garage close by ($ 2.15 each 15 minutes).
Is Kiehl’s expensive? Well, it depends on what your definition of expensive is. If you think IHOP is pricey, so that’s why you go to Norm’s, then hell yes, Kiehl’s is an effing ripoff.
Otherwise, for a premium skincare boutique, it’s middle-​of-​the-​road, pricewise, and in terms of quality would not be out of place if it were on Rodeo Drive instead of Robertson Boulevard.
Really, no BS. Their products are AMAY-​ZO, ho, xoxo.

Yes, twenty-​three, and with an amAZINGly butch bathroom now that the frou-​frou skincare bottles are gone, to be replaced by good old fashioned, Rule Brittania! Kiehl’s products on the glass shelves.

My girl friend turned me on to Kiehl’s in 2005 and I fell in love with teh products.
I have tried other brands before, but Kiehl’s works well with my skin type.
Growing up in Hawaii as a child, I did not have to worry about dry skin… only sunburn. Now living in Los Angeles, my skin type reacts differently from the climate in Hawaii.
I like the rose-​water toner and the men’s skin line except for the eye creams. I prefer the women line instead.
I can easily spend over $ 200 in one visit which is relatively inexpensive compared to other brands that I have tried.

Kiehls Anti Perspirant and Deodorant !
I am not joking, it is the best Deodorant I have ever used ! I sweat like a rotisserie chicken when I go to the gym and I am a big guy (I weigh nearly 230 lbs) so I need good skin care products and a heavy duty deodorant to tame my «manly odor»
I sweat a lot and Kiehls Deodorant just sinks in my skin and leaves no residue what so ever! There is no flaky white mess on your clothes and you stay dry the whole day. The best part about Kiehls deodorant is that it comes in a tube pump with a round tip for your arm pits, but the crème itself vanishes into your skin like a lotion. Literally, it doesn’t feel like a dry chaulky deodorant in your armpits!
Its around 14 bucks for this deodorant, but its worth every damn penny!
It you sweat excessively like I do, then you must buy the Kiehls Deodorant. If you ever see a Kiehls store make sure you buy their deodorant or at least buy one from your local Kiehl’s counter at Nordstrom!
