We specialiaze in making «pan dulce» (sweet bread) and cakes for all occasions from authentic mexican recipes. We bake our bread fresh every day and bake warm «bolillos», «mini pan», cookies, doughnuts, and «pan dulce» all through the day. We serve first come first serve… however we also take orders along with a minimal deposit to avoid you waiting in line or running out of your favorite pastries.
History
Established in 1971.
Our first bakery was established in East Los Angeles as a small family run business which has now expanded to a chain of locations all throughout the LA County area. Today It is being managed by the third generation of the family whom are continuing in its legacy of using top quality ingredients, home recipes, and warm bread all through the day…
