I went to this dealership to buy a car that they listed on Craigslist. I drove the car and it died in the middle of the test drive. Not really the main issues. When I sat down to talk about the price, they said they couldn’t sell me the car at the price listed. 2 thousand more than what was listed. I wasted an hour drive there and an hour back home.
They did say because of the mix up they can give a little discount.
I wasn’t going to pay more than the listed price, especially for a car died on me, twice, while we were on the test drive.
This was just my bad experience here. Thought I’d let everyone know.

Purchased my new 2015 Acura MDX from Jason Won @ LA Motors! Didn’t have to spend hours at a dealership talking to the salesman to get a good deal. Love the new car and how Jason was able to help get the car in short time. He went out of the way to meet me after hours to get the paper work done and didn’t have to walk in to the dealership. Got everything done over the phone and online.
Even though the dealership is in a busy area, They were willing to meet up near where I work to talk about options and choices for the car. This place was located at busy traffic area. And little closer to downtown la. I did’t think that I could get that much help. Guy name, Jason helped me out a lot to get me the car what I want. I bought my 350ml from him. Compare to CARMax, Jason found me a great deal including the finance. I really recommend this place, especially Jason, if you want to find a good deal.

It only took just few emails and phone calls before I sign the document to get my hands on the new IS — it’s just that easy and quick.

Me an my wife had a very satisfying experience with this dealership. More specifically with one of their accounts manager Jimmy Cha. 3 mos ago we leased a 2014 Honda Civic thru their dealership. Jimmy browsed through their extensive connections and found us the best deal. Way better than any sales agent in any dealership in LA. Their services also extends further. Unfortunately while sitting on a traffic light on Wilshire Bl in my Civic, some sleepy youngster rear ended me at a very high speed totalling my car. My wife called Jimmy for assistance and we basically just have to sit down and wait; from contacting our insurance, dispatching towing services, (he even came to see me personally after the accident) finding a body shop, the rental car, and referring us to a good law firm. I was lucky to have walked away from the accident with just minor cuts and bruises. As expected, we are out on the market again for a new car. All we have to do is pick the car, this time an Audi 2015 Q3, gave Jimmy the details, (color, options, etc) and he went to work. While shopping he was on constant communication with me and my wife, giving us updates, even looking at the other brands just to give us educated decision. He would present us real time computations of monthly payments, should it make a big difference if we put in a bigger down etc. Well, it took him about 2 weeks from the time of the accident to have me driving the car we wanted. With the least possible lease on the current market.
With these, whenever you find yourself in need of a car, may it be a used or a brand new one, do drop by their dealership and look at what they can offer you, ask for Jimmy and I can guarantee you that you will have the same satisfying experience as we do if not better.
