LA Printing Center

Went in to fax some documents this morning. Its a chill place. The man whom works there is polite and very serviceable. Its located right next to a cupcake place. No parking though. But there’s always plenty of parking in the street. So no problem with that.

This place is really confusing to me I’m not sure whether it’s a commercial printing center or a smaller one. either way, I came in here to print a few copies of my resume and discovered that they only have two different types of paper and no color printers. On top of this they don’t have an updated browser that can support Google Drive and they don’t have Wi-​Fi so I had to go get my laptop to connect to the hotspot on my phone to email them my files instead of pulling them off of Drive and print them from their computer. The man who helped me was very nice and patient even though he printed out all the wrong quantities of my files and it took him about 40 minutes to get me 10 copies of my resume and five copies of a cover letter which honestly should not of been that difficult. The plus size was it only cost me two dollars and the man working there was very sweet but I would never come back to this place again not even if I had a load of time to waste.

LA Printing Center has helped us maintain our direct mail program for over ten years! Their post cards are quality and are completed promptly. They are just a phone call away for great service.

This is precisely why you go to a fedex or staples… I’m standing at the front door at 930am looking at an «office hours 9 – 5 m-​f» right next to a closed sign.

I just needed to fax a doc and this was closest to Columbia. right around the corner! The owner was helpful and friendly. The place is on the left heading up Glendale but it is hard to see… Trees obscure his sign. Simple need but easily accomplished

I had to get 2 projects printed and spiral bounded, one off-​size. They gave me a very good quote and threw in some extras on the project and were on time. They were easy to work with, made a 1 day turnaround and gave me a great price. What more could I ask? Great job guys!

This is an amazing place to get your printing done. The people running this place make you feel good when you enter. They are very informative and helpful. I needed to get some resumes printed and I was in and out in no time. It’s fast service that is very inexpensive. The door is always open so get in there people.

These guys suck. Despite claiming 10+ years of experience, they seem to be incompetent in using common printing software and expect you to pay for mistakes they made due to their ineptitude. Print here at your own risk.

I just went in to print out an NDA, sign it, and scan it. Not only were they incredibly fast and friendly, they didn’t charge me! Will be back for more.

We’ve been using LA Printing for nearly a decade now! And I’d have to agree with Gary G, they always go the extra mile for you. The guys here, Gil and Anthony are super knowledgeable and friendly. They offer extremely competitive rates and the best quality. We use them because they are a local business (near Downtown LA), they know their stuff, they’re easy to work with, and an extra bonus, they hand deliver projects! We’ve had everything from business cards, notepads, to wedding invites printed by LA Printing. They can print in so many different ways, offset, 4 color press, digital, even Letterpress! A place like this is hard to find these days. If you need something printed on paper, they can do it!

I went in to print out some resumes and send a fax for a college transcript. No one seemed to know what was going on. I sat down at there self help station and asked which printer to send it to. The guy wasn’t too sure. When he figured it out the machine didn’t have any paper in it. Then when the other worker finally got around to helping him he printed it on there personal printer. He asked me if it fit on one page? I told him that when you open it in preview, it turns into two pages so he should use MS word. He told me that it didn’t work and that I probably have a newer version of word than he does.
Anyways he adjusted the margins of my resume which messed up the alignment of my information making my resume look unprofessional.
No one in the store seemed to know what they were doing I ended up getting 5 useless copies of my resume.

Anthony and crew are totally pro and very helpful. Anthony is willing to go the extra mile, even for smaller projects like mine. I’ve been doing my printing here recently, some stuff for school and some portfolio work. One project was a hand bound book. Anthony helped me build a mock up and gave me advice on how to properly set up my pages. There was a mistake on one of the prints and he fixed in five minutes while I waited. Everything came out great, and super affordable. The quality of his new digital printers is pretty astonishing. Much better than the last place I used. They also do offset lithography, but that was out of my scope. He also printed up a bunch of postcards for my wife, who organizes events for our daughter’s elementary school. We got 500 beautiful looking cards on budget that a LAUSD parents group could afford. That’s saying something!

I had a good experience at this place. Anthony was really helpful and flexible with my schedule. He went out of his way to help me build a template for the project I was working on, which was super nice. He helped me make my project a reality, and the price was decent too.

I didn’t actually get anything printed here but they were very helpful. I called to see if they had a specific paper to get something printed on. Even though they didn’t, they called another business for me while I was on hold and also suggested other printing services.

The old men working seemed to regard me with reproach the second I walked in. They would repeat my requests mockingly. I was getting 50 copies made but they refused to change the settings on the copier saying that they’d have to put it into the computer. I took my business elsewhere.

I feel good after working with LA Printing Center, which is not how I usually feel after leaving a large chain copy and print shop.
Anthony printed my screenplays and it was quick and hassle-​free. I had a table reading and then i came back and asked Anthony to help me create a graphic and a flier to promote the production of my movie The Peanut Short.
We hashed out something quick together and it came out great. That’s something you definitely can’t get at Kinko’s.
If my movie gets made, it’s in no small part to Anthony because the graphic catches you first. Check it out yourself. If and when i need to design a full-​size poster for the film I will ask LA Printing Center to do it.

This place is awesome!
I am getting married in October, and for some sick reason I decided I want to do almost everything myself, including the Save-​the-​Dates and invitations. I finally got everyone’s addresses and decided to do just a basic save-​the-​date card with a cute little stamp, and once my fiancé formatted everything in photoshop, we took our little project to LA Printing Center for them to print it up.
Well, something happened somewhere along the way, and the whole file did not convert to a pdf too well… actually, everything was WAY off. The guy at LA Printing Center not only fixed EVERYTHING so that it would look beautiful, he spent over an hour doing so, meticulously measuring with the ruler to make sure it’d turn out perfectly. Then, he offered to cut the cards for us, which saved me a ton of time.
All this time and effort, and all he charged was 8 bucks. 8 dollars! Granted, we provided our own cardstock, but the service alone was worth way more than that.
I will definitely be going back to this shop when I get going on my invitations. The service here is incredible– I know I never would have gotten that kind of service from some Kinko’s.
