Healing doesn’t have to be hard or take a long time. I am a results oriented healer. In my practice, long held traumas and beliefs are cleared quickly for REAL changes in your life and how you feel. Most of my clients come to me after trying EVERYTHING else and leave knowing that something has definitely shifted in their lives. I use a blend of the most effective healing technology available-​The Emotion Code, Theta Healing, Reiki Tummo among other proprietary healing modalities.

My clients range from entrepreneurs looking for an edge, stressed moms and dads tired of dealing with anxiety, individuals still suffering from heartache and grief, young creatives looking to find their passion and purpose, children and adults who have a hard time sleeping through the night and those with chronic discomfort and conditions that refuse to go away through traditional means.

Here’s what you can expect from your session: During a session, we start with a short check-​in during which time we identify what in your life needs to change. During the rest of the session, a fully clothed client lies on a massage table while I use muscle testing and medical intuitive skills to clear inherited emotions, energetic blocks, past and present life trauma and limiting beliefs from the subconscious through magnetic meridian therapy. We then effectively restructure beliefs (while you are awake) leaving you with a feeling lighter and unburdened. The results speak for themselves.

Energetic Body Healing grew out of Lauren’s passion for helping others reach their true potential and eliminate that which keeps them from their most joyful life. After 15 years of coaching individuals, she discovered a blend of healing modalities that gave her clients unbelievable results in a short amount of time. She specializes in working with those familiar with alternative medicine and as well as skeptics, young children and pets to create significant positive change. Energetic Body Healing has helped clients release phobias, tics, physical discomfort, emotional trauma, sleeping difficulties and self sabatoge. Lauren is committed to providing a safe, comforable and confidential healing experience for her clients. She has an impressive track record of success with distance healing and also offers in-​home and in-​office sessions.

Lauren’s passion and purpose is to help others bring forth their most joyful and authentic selves. From a very young age, Lauren had strong intuitive and extrasensory skills and others sought her guidance and in her presence, felt safe to heal. She has worked for over 15 years as a healer, life coach and educator. She is a certified Practitioner of The Emotion Code and Reiki Tummo as well as having her BA from UCLA with specializations in Psychology and Education. She excels at creating significant positive change in a short amount of time. Many of her clients report that her treatment provided a unprecedented level of relief that was unattainable through traditional therapy or other healing modalities.
