Edgar is a 25-​year attorney who concentrates in trusts and estates, probate, and asset protection.

Edgar was educated at St. Mary’s University and Stanford Law School.

He is a member of the Trust and Estates sections of the State Bar of California, Los Angeles County Bar Association, and Santa Monica Bar Association. He serves as secretary to the Culver Marina Bar Association. He has lectured to attorneys and is a judge pro tem with the Los Angeles Superior Court.

Edgar serves on a number of community boards and is president-​elect of the Westchester Rotary Club. Edgar lives and works in Westchester with his wife Kathy.

Creating a family trust isn’t easy. I know because this is the second time I’ve done it and the experience was so much better in the capable hands of Edgar Saenz. If you’ve been putting it off because it seems like too much work, or seems too complicated, call him and get it done. He and his staff are a pleasure to work with, and you’ll be amazed at how helpful and understanding Edgar is. He makes the complicated easy to understand and he’s a gentle guide taking you through all the intricacies of how to structure your estate. Mine was on the complicated side, but he made it easy. My wife and I both knew from the first moments with him that we had found the right resource and we’re sure you’re going to feel the same way. Not just a nice guy, but a brilliant nice guy. I was trying to think of anything to give this law office a 4-​star but the professionalism, knowledge, efficiency and courteousness were top notch. Earlier this year, my husband and I decided we needed an estate plan and made an appointment to review what we needed to complete the plan. Mr. Saenz was extremely thorough and personable, as was his wife who made a perfect team. He streamlined the process by asking all of the necessary information in order to complete a comprehensive plan, which was presented to us in binder form, with tabs, within a week. Any questions we had were answered without hesitation and he only elaborated as much as needed, but his knowledge was deep if necessary. If you have been pushing aside this process because the task is too time-​consuming or daunting, do not delay any longer. You will breathe a sigh of relief that your hard-​earned money and assets will not go to the government in the end.
