This woman claimed to be an expert in immigration law, took THOUSANDS, I repeat, THOUSANDS from me in fees saying that she was giving me a «discount» then proceeded to :
— file our fiancé petition on an expired form causing the 1st REJECTION of our petition
— then resent the petition and forgot to check off the box for NO criminal record for me causing our 2nd REJECTION and thousands more in fees after we went to a real lawyer
I threatened to contact the bar association if she didn’t give me a full refund. She never responded and I never saw any monies in refund.
DO NOT USE THIS LAWYER!!!
