History

Established in 2012.

At a young age, Joseph Golian, was involved in a two serious auto accidents which severely impacted his life. Joe was treated terribly but his attorney and his first case, where he was hit while crossing the street, settled his case for pennies on the dollar.

Joseph Golian graduated top of his class with Magna Cum Laude honors from UCLA. He subsequently attended Pepperdine University School of Law, where he received his law degree and certificate of dispute resolution. Mr. Golian is a member of the State Bar of California. As a child, Mr. Golian experienced a serious, life altering car accident that until today, fuels his passion to help clients become whole again. He understands the pain and difficulties his clients are experiencing first-​hand, and has helped clients recover large settlements in personal injury cases.
