My Wife and I have taken yoga with Lila Pearsall for a collection of 3 months on a weekly basis. Her experience and yoga guidance is balanced with a blend of strength, flexibility and deep deep stretching. I trust Lila with my yoga practice because of her knowledge and curious questions to insure we aren’t already injured. This paints visions in her mind to assist us in practicing yoga with a few modifications during injurious times. She’s keen on insisting we receive the most out of her yoga practice and that’s important; corrective adjustments etc. Her voice is also calming, trusting, and warm; a triplet of musts during any yoga practice. There are even times during savasana where she uses aromatherapy blends to help us during that meditation!
