Los Angeles Locksmith recused me! I came home at 1AM from a night out with friends, and I realized I was locked out of my house. This has never happened to me before, so I felt clueless on what to do. I did not know what to do or how to get into my house. I started to panic and look for locksmiths who were open at this hour. I was scared to have a stranger come to my house at this hour, especially since I was locked out. I had called some friends for recommendations, but no one knew of any, so I decided to look on Unilocal.
This place had great reviews, so I felt I could trust them. I am glad I listened to Unilocal and called because they helped turn my terrible night around. Before this experience I didn’t know that there are locksmiths that work so late at night.
Mark from Los Angeles Locksmith made me feel like there was nothing to worry about and calmed me down. They made me feel comfortable ad safe. The locksmith came in 20 minutes, which I thought was very fast considering it was 1AM. He worked very quickly and was friendly. He had opened my door in about five minutes. I was so grateful to have found this company. I have never been so happy to be home and finally go to sleep. I would definitely recommend calling them day or night. They are great in emergencies, so I am assuming they are fantastic for any of your locksmith needs.

If a technician shows up in a white unmarked minivan do not give him your credit card.
Why? O let’s just say they will change the price you owe once they get your credit card.
Let’s just say I called them up & when the technician showed up I told him I no longer needed his services. He showed up 45 minutes after original time he was supposed to show up. The technician then proceeds to say I owe him a fee for showing up. Well my stupid ass feels guilty & says ok I don’t mind paying $ 19 for the inconvenience. Once the technician gets my credit card he says I now have to pay for labor also… wtf?! what labor? are you kidding me? you take my kindness for weakness & now you also want to charge me for a labor you did not do? what the??? of course I called the business & was told a supervisor would return my call. Um still waiting for a call. Shady business. disputing charge with bank & planning to report shady business practice to the dept of consumer affairs.

I received several messages from people that had similar experiences with this company. Please file a complaint with the State Department of Consumer Affairs. The company’s license is 5792.
I had a conversation with someone at the Department — they say though this company is licensed, they could use unlicensed and delinquent technicians (mine was delinquent) when providing you service, these techs bill under different entities from the Unilocal-​listed company. Some of these entities do not even give you a business name, address, phone number, and full name of technician — good luck getting reimbursed from your insurance company or AAA in that case.
The Attorney General attempted to send a letter to the 20 954 Bryant St address listed on Unilocal and the firm’s website and it bounced. Note, in this company’s materials they can’t even offer a guarantee that your technician is licensed. If you would like to give your home address to a potential criminal, then this is a good company for that.

I got locked out my house last night and called Los Angeles locksmith I was hesitant to call a locksmith because usually they take a long time but the technician came within 15 minutes. He gave me a great price. I definitely recommend them, Great service!

Had to call them to get my bedroom door open. My naphews came for the weekend from San Francisco and one of them messed up the lock in my bedroom. Yesterday I locked my keys inside the trunk of my Hyundai 2013. My spare was all the way back home in San Diego. I called the closest locksmith service I found online, their office was 5 minutes away from me in canoga park. When the locksmith technical arrived it seems to be a very complicated issue. First he had to fold the back seats in order to get the emergency trunk release wire. We both didn’t know how to fold them. After 25 minutes of efforts he did from some hidden spot on the side of the driver door. He saved my day. The price was very affordable despite the lots of time he spent working on my car

I recently moved to a new house in Sherman Oaks. Although there were many things that needed to be done to the house, my first priority was changing all the locks and creating a master key. I lost the keys to my mailbox last week and was debating what to do. Calling a locksmith for a mailbox key seemed a little silly, but buying a new $ 200 mailbox like the one I have seemed ridiculous. I looked on Unilocal and found Los Angeles Locksmith. I chatted with the rep for a few minutes on the phone and decided to go with them. I made an appointment with them for later that evening. The locksmith was exactly on time! Within about 3 minutes the mailbox was already open. He offered to replace the lock and give two keys for it, one to use, and one just in case. The price he gave me was for opening the lock, putting on a new one, and making a spare key to the mailbox. I loved how his receipts were so detailed! Now I need to make new keys for the house, I know that I will definitely use Los Angeles locksmith services.

I’m so lucky I had a good experience with a locksmith company. I called Los Angeles locksmith to get into our apartment. I had forgotten the keys inside (obviously).
A man arrived quickly. He even commented on the fact that he was really close by and took him only 5 minutes of driving. He gets there, looks at the lock and says that he needs at least 20 minutes to work on it or to do that within minutes but he may break the lock.
Of course, i didn’t care to wait and save some money.
Took him around 10 minutes to open my door without any damage or scratches. Thank you

Got locked out of the house super late one night after the dog pushed the door closed on me, darn self locking locks! Luckily I had my cell phone, I was able to call Los Angeles Locksmith. One phone call and a half-​hour later I was back inside, safe and warm. I kept his business card for future use, if needed. Very professional, cordial, prompt and reasonably priced. I had to duplicate my master Keyes for three different storages in our restaurant. I tried Home Depot first but their answer were its just too much for them. So I contacted these guys after a client recommendation. The locksmith guy came with his colorful Van, asked me few questions. 5 minutes after he already was testing the key to make sure it works well on each one of the locks. You guys are amazing!
